¡DOS SEMANAS MÍNIMO! Ubicado en la comunidad cerrada guardia de plata del club arenas raqueta. Completamente remodelado en casa de un solo nivel en la mejor ubicación y lote en arenas de plata. Esta casa estaba completamente destruida en 2012 y todo es nuevo. Todo se hace con un toque moderno y el más alto de calidad. Gabinetes Espresso con losas de cuarzo y baldosas de vidrio backspash, todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable Bosch, baldosas de madera porcelian en todo excepto en dormitorios, nueva climatización, una cabina de ducha de encargo hecho para parecer la madera, llevaron televisores en todo con Netflix para transmitir todas las películas , wifi gratuito alta velocidad, 2 master suites, uno con un rey cal y otra con dos camas matrimoniales, nuevos colchones de espuma de memoria de marca en cada cama, walk in closets, patio privado con putting green que da a las zonas verdes y montañas, 2 de las 15 piscinas y el spa son pasos desde el patio. 8 pistas de tenis con pro-situ durante la temporada y en la arandela sitio y secadora. No te decepcionará.

This condo is great! Totally remodeled end unit with community pools just steps away. Very private.

George is an awesome host. Very accommodating and quick to respond. This condo is in a great area next to the JW Marriott and not far from El Paseo! We will be staying here again!!

Perfect place for us!

Property is well located in Palm Desert with easy access to multiple golf courses and shopping areas. Entry to the gated community and access to the home was easy. The 15 pools were impressive (we found them all except #7) and we met lots of friendly people and dogs during our walks around the neighborhood. "Our" pool was just outside the back gate! The hot tub was greatly appreciated after our rounds of golf. The two bedroom home was ample size for my husband, my 21yo daughter, and our small Labradoodle. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at home, although we enjoyed sampling the local cuisine. Our daughter loved the front patio where she set up her computer for online courses at UNLV. We enjoyed the putting green and lounge chairs in the back patio. We didn't try out the bbq but it looked easy to use. We had a wonderful 2 week visit while our home was undergoing renovations. We would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Looking to rent a home

Sadly this property is not kept up to rental amount standards. No working windows nor screens so had to have doors open for circulation. That allowed flies inside as well as worries to other outside critters. Weren't able to use tennis as stated due to the club rules requiring you play with owner. Drawers and fixtures were broken and rugs dirty. Wish this could have been what we thought to be a home because we will be looking again for another several week rental. Also the owners in this community were not friendly to the rental situation.

Brenda, I appreciate your review as I am always open to critique and making things better. I am surprised by this review since you never contacted me about any of this. Unfortunately, I have never spoken with you as Scott who was staying there texted me on 11/19 that everything was great and the place was nice. He then texted me on 11/23 letting me know about a drawer box that needs to be fixed in the bathroom and a toilet paper holder that was drooping and not a big deal but to let me know it needs to get fixed. The sliders have screens on them so not sure what you are referring to. I have had the place for 9 years and this has been my first complaint and most of my guests have been returning year after year. Thanks and hopefully you will find a better experience in a different property next time.

Desert Bliss

We enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. The beds were comfy and the place was clean and well equipped for our 10 day stay. We loved that it was just a short walk to the tennis courts and just a stone's throw from 2 pools! The outdoor space was delightful and well kept. Our son spent hours on the little putting green and we were pleasantly surprised by the build in BBQ and fire table (which isn't pictured) where we spent many evenings eating and drinking Californian wine. Delightful!

Palm desert jewel

This was our second stay at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and updated from our first stay. The new outside bar, fire pit, and grill were a great addition. It was great to sit at while enjoying the evening outside. The owner was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. This property offers great amenities having easy access to pools and hot tubs as well as tennis and a gym for working out. All of this is within a gated community and is very safe. The two master bedrooms and modern decor make this condo a must stay.

Living a dream in the desert.

The property is clean, bright, recently decorated, and the location is perfect for walking, biking, close to golf courses and shopping. We loved the challenging putting green and the huge patio with BBQ for entertaining. Only steps to the pool and spa. Fantastic views to the mountains and awesome sunrises and sunsets.

The ABSOLUTE BEST place to stay when in Palm Desert!

I highly suggest this home! George was very personable and easy to work with making our trip easy and unforgetable. It is as advertised and even better in person. Everything has been renovated with a high degree of attention to every detail. The tile wood flooring is awesome, beautiful kitchen with Bosch appliances, nicely renovated bathrooms, quartz everywhere, and web-enabled LED flatscreens throughout. (Only thing I would suggest is a stereo system or a soundbar for the TV). The beds are so comforatable. We have a temperpedic at home and these were just as comfortable. Oh and don't forget your own private backyard with misters to watch the sun set over the desert mountains. The location of this unit is the best in Silver Sands. Two pools right outside your door. One in the front and one in the back. If you want the pool to yourself just take a look and chances are there is no one there, if there is someone just walk on over to the other pool and chances are its empty. I plan on using this home again, as my wife and I plan trips out to the desert a few times a year.

Perfect Stay

The property pictured in the listing didn't do it justice, it was better. All the arrangements with the owner for the rental were timely and attentive to our needs and questions. This property was very clean and all of furnishings and bedding were high end. I would definetly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert as the location is convient to shopping and golf. A real plus is the available tennis courts which are also very nice.
