Please note that the checkout time on Sunday is 10:00AM. As our cleaners have a really busy schedule on Sunday so they need to start early. Please be mindful of our checkout policy and respect the cleaner's time as well. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Laundry is shared with other tenants/guests staying at the apartment building.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

IDs of the individuals booking will be needed as per our policy.

There is parking available for one vehicle.

Pet-fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 .
You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs. Please verify if your pet is able to stay.

Additional guest charges are $25/night after 2 guest.

The free parking on premises refers to a parking lot with a parking pass, couple blocks from the building. There is also street parking available. Please note this prior to booking.
