Esta casa de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el corazón de Kissimmee es la casa de vacaciones perfecta para su familia para disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones en el sol de Florida y explorar las muchas atracciones y parques temáticos en Orlando y sus alrededores.

Con amplias habitaciones, una piscina orientada al sur con jacuzzi / piscina de hidromasaje y una sala de juegos. (el calor de la piscina es adicional)

Esta casa goza de una ubicación tranquila en el bosque y tiene una impresionante vista al lago. La zona de la piscina es el lugar perfecto para relajarse bajo el sol o disfrutar de una barbacoa o un aperitivo al aire libre, mientras que admirar el lago resort hermoso centelleando en el sol de Florida.

En un pequeño desarrollo de sólo 144 casas, llamado "Windward Cay", se conoce como la "joya de Kissimmee" en una ubicación perfecta

Esta es una gran villa ejecutiva con una zona de juegos vallada para los niños, un 36 'al sur de la piscina y el spa que más parece un lago boscoso. Justo lo que necesita después de un ajetreado día en los parques, con impresionantes vistas para ser visto.

La Villa está a unos 10 minutos de Disney y está situado justo al lado de la 192 en el marcador 14. Está cerca de numerosos restaurantes y tiendas locales, incluyendo una gran Walmart tienda abierto 24 horas y una selección de centros comerciales!

La propiedad está totalmente climatizada y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con algunos extras adicionales.

Great villa in a very central location!

The villa was located in a small group of properties in a very convenient location just off the 192 in Kissimmee. It overlooked a small lake with plenty of wildlife and had everything needed for your stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and we had a hassle free and enjoyable stay. We would love to stay her again if we returned to Florida in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful relaxing property

Great experience at this property! We swam in the pool all day! The backyard overlooking the water view was so beautiful and relaxing while swimming or tanning. We loved the ducks that greeted us each day. Very private from neighbors. We loved it! Thank you!

Easy commute to Disney and ESPN. Marie was more than helpful. And the beds were the best - so comfy after our long days. Great stay!

Very clean, good location, wonderful owners

Marie was more than accommodating from day one, even helping arrange a late check out. The house was very clean. We appreciated all the towels and linens provided. The pool and view were amazing, and we spent a lot of time out by the pool and in the spa. We will definitely return.

Lovely villa in a great location

Villa was lovely and spacious. It was clean and well equipped with everything we required during our stay. It's set in a quiet residential area and has lovely views over the lake. The location was great. It was a short drive to Disney and Seaworld. Walmart is less than 5 minutes drive. Plus there are plenty restaurants along highway 192. The owner is very helpful and provided lots of information before we arrived. She is also was very quick to answer any questions.

Excellent property

Stayed for 10 nights in January and just wished we could have stayed longer. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, homely and very well equipped ! All rooms were of good size with an enormous master bedroom and en-suite.The pool area was outstanding .... with a 36 ft long pool that you could actually swim in (not a plunge pool !) with the added bonus of a good size jacuzzi. We paid extra for pool heating and think that it was well worth it even though the weather was kind to us for January. We certainly made good use of the pool area. The villa is very well located, in a very peaceful setting backing onto the lake (hardly ever saw anyone else whilst out on the pool deck) yet it was only minutes away from the busy 192 with numerous restaurants etc and a huge Walmart 5 minutes drive away. It's an easy drive from the airport (about 30 mins). Would stay here again for sure if ever in the Orlando area and would certainly recommend to others. Thanks Marie and family for letting us stay in your beautiful home ! The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it would have been great to have some member of the management team meet us on arrival and explain how everything works, for just 5 minutes or so.

I am sorry that we do not offer a ‘Meet and Greet’ at the villa, this is mainly due to the uncertainty of the guests actual arrival time. Some times guest arrive at check in time at 4pm and then other times like your self it is late evening, due to flight times or delays. We will look into alternatives. Perfect location- true hidden gem!!!!

Don't normally do reviews but had to on this occasion...the villa is amazing, spacious and clean,south facing pool and a wonderful lake to look out to. We loved feeding the turtles!! Couldn't ask much more from of the villa. Marie and Gary were always at hand and very helpful.Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Can't wait to re book!!!!

Excellent - couldn't have asked for better!

We had a great family holiday in this excellent villa, it had everything we needed and more! It was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfy! We loved having our own pool looking onto the lake, it wasn't overlooked by anyone and was extremely quiet and peaceful - you wouldn't know you were anywhere near the 192. Location wise it was perfect. Just along the road is a Walmart and an Aldi with multiple restaurants in both directions. It was only about 5 miles from the Old Town and a 15/20 minute drive to all the theme parks and outlets. The owner, Marie, has been excellent since we first enquired about this villa 11 months before arriving always answering questions and giving lots of helpful information before and during our holiday. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Florida.

In response to this 1* review I am 100* sure the Cancelled guest Gary does not realise that the rating is against our villa whereas, he would agree that he actually had a problem with the VRBO site not refunding him his Full Refund after he cancelled his stay in our villa a couple of days after he booked. VRBO would not allow his booking to cancel due to a computer glitch on the VRBO site. This Guest DID NOT actually stay at our villa. This Guest was lovely to deal with and communication was excellent between the both of us to try and sort out the computer glitch on VRBO site which VRBO staff took a long time to sort out. Please see the guests review whom took his cancelled dates and DID stay in our villa.

Our other two villas are just up the street with Fantastic views but I always wanted a villa on the lake to allow us to see a little extra Florida wild life. It's so exciting that we are able to share our homes with those that truly enjoy that extra little bit of luxury while on holiday and this one is defiantly Luxury . Beautiful villa with South-facing pool with a spa pool which looks out on to a Lake view. Children’s games room.
Pool & Spa heat is an additional cost.... But well worth having during the winter months.
The Spa will only reach the same temp as the pool this is becuase our pool is a 'Lap' pool
