Month-long Rental at Sea Coast in Unit 511

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We had stayed in March 2016 in Sea Coast in a very updated condo. In March 2017, we stayed in a condo that had almost no updates. The kitchen needed total updating. The burners on the stove didn't lay flat, the oven took multiple tries before it would turn on. There was a note on the dishwasher that said it no longer dried the dishes, and the detergent cup was broken. The sofa had a slipcover on it, and the stuffing from the sofa was coming through the slipcover. The verticals on the sliding door were askew. Compared to our rental the year before, we were very disappointed. The air conditioning didn't work well either. The toaster oven appeared to toast on only one side. On a positive note, there were plenty of linens and towels, and there were beach chairs for our use. Some of our complaint would be okay if you were only renting for a week, but a month was too long.
