Apt 410 was nicely set out, comfy and literally a short term home that had everything I needed, was close to the shore and shopping (both a 2-3 min walk) and helped me get some much needed rest.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for month of April,so disappointed with the place,because of construction beautiful stairs were there to beach we couldn’t use,they didn’t even try to find a way for us to use we had to walk through parking lot next door for beach! I was using a portable bathroom while on beach for day! I have to use a cane to walk I didn’t get much beach time,pool not heated!

We Felt Like Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we stay with family we always feel like none of our needs weren't considered before we arrived. That is how this unit felt to us. The unit was very clean and there were nice towels in the bath and a comfortable bed. The kitchen had very nice appliances, dishware, and cookware. The view was wonderful and the porch a great place to watch the sunrise or have cocktail hour prior to dinner. The location of the unit is close to Flagler Avenue and there is a nice Dollar General, nail salon, and several restaurants across the street. The unit is managed by a professional management team who were easy to work with for various questions or concerns.

We never got tired of waking up to the beautiful sunrises and seeing the sunsets mirrored on the ocean scene. The unit was well set-up , well supplied and well decorated. Dan and Clara are friendly and helpful. and Jane, the office manager is very knowledgeable. We have been recommending the condo to our friends. We "discovered"canal street and it's quaint shops and ate at the beach in the Breakers Restaurant on Flagler Avenue...Friendly staff, great food and lovely views! In fact we are impressed with the friendliness of all of the people we have met!

Wonderful Property

It was super clean, perfect location (dollar general market right across the street), staff was super friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the view was second to none. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed!

Great place to stay!

Very happy with our rental. Loved the oceanfront view. The place was very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. We would stay in this unit again if we are looking for a spot in this area. If you want a nice, quiet place for vacation this is the spot for you.

Great Beach Vacation at Sea Coast!

The manager was very helpful and the booking process was easy. The condo was clean and well-maintained. It had a direct oceanfront view and the sunrise was amazing. Sea Coast is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. It was an easy bike ride down the beach to Flagler Avenue and to the jetty and also to Cape Canaveral National Seashore. We would definitely recommend this property!

The owner of our unit dropped by on our first day, got our WiFi up and running, offered advise about the area and was just very pleasant and helpful. We were very comfortable.
