With 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths, there's plenty of room for families or groups to spread out. Four bedrooms feature king beds and TVs, while the fun bunkroom is made just for kids—complete with two sets of bunks and a massive 75" TV. The open-concept great room is warm and welcoming with a white brick fireplace, a gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and direct access to a covered patio, private hot tub, and backyard firepit for cozy nights under the stars.

This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City.

Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
