Gulf Front Paradise in the exclusive Crescent Beach Club of Sand Key. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on the Lanai! Every room inside of this 6th Floor Condo was completely remodeled in 2024, as well as the Massive Gulf Front Lanai. Walk to everything - walk to shopping, dining, and of course the Sandy Beach and Gulf Front Pool & Spa. You can also catch a trolley out front and go explore Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Ideal location within 20 miles of Tampa International and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport.
Crescent Beach Club:
- Luxurious, gated complex with 24-hour security.
- 2 Heated oceanfront pools and spas, tennis/pickleball courts, gulf-front BBQ grills.
- Premier amenities include an elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, and fitness center.
- Indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach.
- Sauna, men's and women's locker rooms with individual steam rooms.
- Within walking distance of fabulous restaurants.
- Complex is a non-smoking facility.
All utilities are covered including all Resort Style Amenities.

It is also within walking distance of excellent restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.
