Our fully equipped lakefront condo boasts breathtaking views of Lake of the Ozarks. Step out onto your private balcony enjoy a refreshing drink or meal lakeside. You’ll be able to enjoy two private balconies with ceiling fans for your comfort while soaking in the break-taking sunsets! With an unbelievable location on the main channel, you’ll be situated right in the heart of Osage Beach at the 24MM by water and Highway KK by land.

The interior of our waterfront retreat is designed with comfort and style in mind. The open-concept living space features comfortable furnishings, tasteful décor, and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the room with natural light and offers panoramic channel views. Smart TV’s for you to access your favorite platform as well. Should you need to work remotely, there is a dedicated work space with an extended monitor and HDMI cable and a charging station with USB and USB C charging ports.

You will be surrounded by acres of beautiful mature trees on the lush common grounds of the Bay Point Village complex. You’ll be able to enjoy well-kept amenities such as a large waterfront pool with an expansive lounging area, a second-tier pool, and playground.

You can unwind after a day of exploration with your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV or with a selection of board games for a fun family night in or simply sip your favorite beverage on the deck. Large windows flood the family room with natural light, creating a serene atmosphere to relax or plan your next day’s adventures.

This two-level open floor plan offers plenty of room for all guests. With three spacious bedrooms, everyone will have their own slice of comfort. The lower-level master suite offers a king-size bed, while across the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom features a queen bed with a twin xl bunk on top —ideal for children or friends sharing the space. All bedrooms have ample closet space. Lake Escape can accommodate up to 8 guests by using the queen pull-out couch and a twin sleeper ottoman in the master bedroom. The two lower bedrooms also have their own private ensuites. Both bedrooms have access to the lower-level balcony making it a comfortable private space to unwind.

Cooking will be a breeze in this fully-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need. Whether you’re whipping up a casual breakfast to enjoy at the counter or a romantic dinner around the table, we’ve got you covered. Plus, you can experience your meals al fresco on the private balcony, surrounded by picturesque lake views.

When it comes to activities, our location has it all! Conveniently located minutes from dining options, charming shops, and Margaritaville. You can also swing your clubs at several beautiful golf courses in the area. If fishing is your passion, grab your gear and cast your line. For those who prefer to explore the outdoors, hiking trails await just a short drive away at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park. There’s also a public beach within the park where you can take a dip to cool off.
