I loved the tiny beach right out front of the condo. There were plenty of lounge chairs right on the beach. I was nervous that there would be no beach from previous reviews and thankfully that was not the case for me.The condo was clean. It was also a great location, walking distance to many great restaurants.

Great Place!

My kids, ages 13 and 15, had a really great time at the Regal Beach Club. The unit was well appointed, and had the perfect amount of space for our family. The screened in balcony was wonderful for breakfast and dinner. The location was great - within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The beach area was small, but lovely, and there was plenty of room on the pool deck. There were also floaties for everyone to use. A big bonus was that there was also housekeeping available. All in all, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing stay on Seven Mile Beach!

Great condo - everything was just as we expected based on the pictures and description. It was spacious, clean, very nicely decorated and obvious it was newly renovated. We were greeted very warmly when we first arrived. The property manager made sure she walked us through all the information, and even made it a point to get beach toys right away for our young daughter. The location couldn't be beat - so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. And it was just a few short steps from the beach! The property has a lot of beachfront which was great, as we always found open lounge chairs with umbrellas. This was our first time on the island, and we will definitely be coming back (and staying at Regal Beach)!

Thank you for the highlight of my year!

I was looking for a relaxing break without the buzz of a busy hotel, but with all the amenities a luxury hotel offers. The RBC is wonderful not only due to its gorgeous location and privacy on Seven Mile Beach, but also because of the people that make this place so very special. Thank you to Donna for the smooth booking process! And a heartfelt thank you to Petra! You are wonderful and kind and it amazes me that you seem to know every guest by name, asking them about their well being and making everyone feel at home. Due to the proximity to the Marriott Hotel, you can enjoy water sports etc, or just stay next door. It is surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is right next door and the RBC beach chairs and umbrellas are well guarded for use only by guests - so there is plenty of space on the beach and it is not overcrowded as in front of the hotel. Seven Mile Beach is absolutely beautiful and this particular part has white, perfect sand, no stones and of course the water stuns with its blue and turquoise shades. The apartment is not only clean and in excellent condition, but feels like home immediately with its friendly and modern interior, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and beautiful dining and living area. The amazing view from the private balcony is stunning and you can enjoy the sunset over the beach. Being able to pre-order groceries to the apartment and the daily housekeeping took the every day chores out of my vacation, which was much appreciated! Taking a trip to some of the island's sights is easy and fun; just use the public buses, which provide a free tour and great stories told by the locals while taking in the sights the island has to offer. The other occupants at RBC were nice and respectful, and the patrolling guards made the area feel extra safe and always had a friendly word, even though I never had the feeling that the area was anything but perfectly safe. Even after sunset I enjoyed long walks on the beach, which I would not do everywhere as a female traveler by myself. If you prefer a little more action, there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, a market, and other sights in walking distance. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in an extremely well maintained friendly community, people that go the extra mile for every guest, close-by shopping, restaurants and of course a picture perfect beach, this is the place to go! This was my second stay at the RBC and I cannot wait for my return!

Girls Trip!

It was convenient and very nice! There were four women sharing two bathrooms. It would have been nice to have mirrors in other rooms as well as bathrooms, plus a full size mirror, so we could all get ready at the same time. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and would most definitely stay there again.

Great stay for a week

Regal Beach Club is in a perfect location to take advantage of Grand Cayman's best features. Great beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, restaurants right across the street, Camana Bay shops and harbor a short walk away. We rented a car from Andy's across the street for a couple days just to see the rest of the island but you would not need a car to enjoy a week. Our condo was in great shape and had cleaning service available each day. We would stay here again on a return trip.

Great location!

What we liked about this condo was: 1) good location on 7 mile beach, 2) condo is nicely furnished, clean, and has daily maid service, 3) kitchen nicely appointed, 4) free parking, 5) actual beach front - not like Marriott next door with NO beach, and 6) PLENTY of towels!! We would stay here again.

Ideal location, perfect vacation!

The property was well-maintained and the manager was wonderful. She greeted us on arrival. The rooms were well furnished and we enjoyed our screened patio area for every breakfast and dinner. The maid service was excellent as well. The whole area is humming with activity as the staff maintains this beautiful property, from keeping the landscaping green to keeping the pool free of sand. The stretch of the beach just past the pool is wonderful, with amazing sand and crystal clear water. Finally, there are a few recommendations: 1. Take advantage of the Kirk Supermarket delivery service - had the fridge stocked before we even arrived 2. Check out these restaurants across the street - Peppers - outstanding island food, Cimboco - perfect for breakfast and brunch. 3. Make sure to check out the other side of the island with the help of a ferry that takes you there, - enjoy a beachside BBQ (every Tuesday), and a not-to-be-missed bioluminescence tour.

very nice

the condos were very well kept everything you needed was on hand except for chairs and an umbrella every morning no matter how early we took our stuff to the beach in hopes of getting chairs for the three of us towels were spread on all of the chairs obviously left from the night before we were not the only frustrated vacationers .we were told by ilde that signs were going to be put up about this problem . hadn't seen them when we left very frustrating will look for condos alittle closer to better restaurants and a little less selfish environment .

Regal Beach Club Unit 224

An excellent facility that exceeded our expectations. The experience matched or exceeded the photos on the VRBO site. Ildi was outstanding and gave us great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The condo was clean and well appointed and the housekeeping staff was thorough and friendly. The beach is phenomenal! The Regal Beach Club was not overly crowded during our stay and access to beach chairs and the pool was a snap. This condo is in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. All you can eat lobster at Decker's on Saturdays and Tuesdays is a special treat. The grill on site was brand new and equipped with new cooking utensils that made it easy to cook out while in residence. Our kitchen was also very well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy for us. The buildings are staggered so every unit has a view of the pool and ocean. In total, this is an excellent condo unit, a nice facility and a great place to visit. Bring you own snorkel mask and there are excellent public beaches with great snorkeling - try Smith's Cove, Eden Rock and Cemetery Beach for example.

This property is lovely and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is ideal.

We have stayed at Regal Beach before but in a different condo. Love the location and the beach is amazing. Until #224 provided us with everything we needed. An abundance of towels, beach towels, kitchen appliances and accessories made our stay very comfortable. The brand new washer/dryer was a delight and we went home with clean clothes. PERFECT!! Laundry soap was there for us. The condo was decorated nicely and was very comfortable. We loved the screened in patio and view of the ocean and appreciated how quiet and peaceful it is at Regal Beach. We will definitely be back next year for a much needed break from winter. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. It felt like home. We did not use the second bedroom.

Great condo for families with and without kids

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids, age 2 and 4 and we would stay here again if we came back to Grand Cayman. Very convenient location. The place is managed well. Clean condo and daily housekeeper who helps keep it clean, especially after frequent beach visits with the two young kids. The condo manager had a portable crib, high chair and beach toys ready for us. We had rented a car but after realizing our location, we considered returning it. We were within close walking distance to many good local restaurants (Cimboco, Peppers, etc). The condos are right next to the Marriott but the beach didn't feel crowded at all with the volume of guests the hotel sees. Plus we could take advantage of the the patio restaurant at the Marriott. Overall, great place, great location and very kid friendly!
