Pet policy:

This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Security Cameras – Located at the front door and driveway for guest safety. No cameras inside the home.

Noise Monitors – Exterior noise monitors measure decibel levels to ensure compliance with local rules. They do not record audio.

Scottsdale City Ordinances – All local regulations apply during your stay.

Regular Maintenance – Landscaping and pool maintenance occur 1-2 times per week, but exact days/times cannot be guaranteed.





Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
