One smoke detector was missing and one was falling off the wall. The house was for sale, which would be concerning if booked in advance and it sold. Booking person was not very flexible. I asked if our daughters could come to the house for dinner since they were staying at a hotel, and I was told to just take them out to dinner. I didn't want to go against the rules and get fined so we didn't have them over. It felt like there were a lot of opportunities for them to bill you extra if they wanted. More than 8 people, adjust heat/A/C in house, adjust pool or hot tub heat, etc. Didn't make us feel as welcome as other properties we've stayed at in Scottsdale.

Great location

Location was good. House is a tad run down and the carpet in some of the bedrooms felt pretty worn. Cleanliness of it was good enough. Overall meet the needs of our family vacation and would stay here again!

It was great

Seeing family after and getting together was off the charts. The host was very responsive every time I had a question and you better trust and believe I had questions because I didn't want to do anything wrong or anything against the rules because it was my daughter's graduation and family were coming from everywhere including myself. So it was a blessing. God is good.

West World Horse Show Fun!

We had a great time at this house, we stayed 10 days! The pool was great, lots of space inside and out. We had 7 guests and our dog. Tons of room and loved that everybody had their own bathroom. I highly recommend this house. It was a 10 minute drive to the West World Horse Show facility.

Perfect spot to wind down after hiking, football.

The house had everything we needed. Great place to relax and wind down after our activities during the day. We did some hiking, went to the ASU game, and the Giants/Cardinals NFL game among other things. It was nice to have our group gather in the house together rather than getting several rooms in a hotel and barely speak to one another. I’d certainly recommend this house for any small groups looking to stay in this area.

Many fun things to do at the house, including pool table and lots of TVs. Pool was great temperature and clean. Lots of pool side seating. Good variety and plenty of kitchen necessities. Lots of bathrooms. Convenient for heading to downtown, Mesa, Tempe, or Scottsdale.

Amazing experience

We had an awesome time here, the house is real nice and Rob was super workable! Those other bad reviews were ridiculous as everything worked fine and the house was clean and in very good condition. Rob answered all messages without delay and was very accommodating.

Great house for 8 buddy's Golf Gateway

Great house for a golf gateway as all appliances worked, everyone had a comfortable bed, four bathrooms, three with showers & no issues about hot water. Location was ideal as we played a majority of our golf games in the north part of Phoenix. Easy access to freeway & not far from Old Town Scottsdale for an evening out. The Hot tub was ideal at the end of the day & the water in the Pool was still warm for a dip. Would defiantly rent it again next year.

Comfortable stay

The home had plenty of room for us to spread out. The 4 double beds in the converted garage were squeaky but we were so tired at the end of the day, we didnt mind. There wasnt enough hot water for us all to shower and if it got hot, it took a long time to get there. The toilet paper was dang near see through, so maybe bring yiur own. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Slightly disappointing

The house was okay. There was a strange smell in a couple of rooms. Slightly smaller than the pictures presented. It served our purpose. But forewarned there are extra fees with everything. I asked if we could check in a little early and was denied. There is check in but you have to pay $200. It is a great location.

Good location - quiet neighborhood

Excellent outdoor amenities: pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, and bocce ball. Indoors had a pool table and tvs in all the rooms The inside was just fine. There were a few issues that the management firm quickly resolved and one they couldn't. For the amount spent and based on other properties that we had stayed at the inside quality did not fully match up. I am not saying anything bad just certain things like an unfinished wall, lack of items in the kitchen, and aceiling fan that didn't work.

The pictures online shows this home as super nice and pool is shown nice at night. There was no light on the pool. The pooldirty was not cleaned. We had to clean it. The house was not clean towels were on the floor dirty towels in the washer, plus was told to wash and dry towels. Toaster oven twisted there was not any big pots or skillets we had to buy our own. The bedrooms was nice though.

Nice place. Poor ownership/management.

The ownership only cares about their bottom line. They have multiple homes and have forgotten about customer care. We told them that the hot tub was important to us and they even charged us an extra cleaning fee only to find out it doesn’t work at all. The TVs don’t all have programming. When we told them of our concerns we were told that those were basically “free amenities” and therefore they wouldn’t reduce their rate for their sub standard product. It’s too bad because it is a nice place.

Spring break family trip

First we were sent to the wrong house with the check in email. Get to the correct house and it took three different attempts with management to get the correct code to enter, this whole fiasco was over a hour delay. No apologies offered, no attempts to make it right. Back yard when we arrived had pool toys all scattered around the yard and on top of pool. Dead plants in planter in backyard. Golf balls also all over. We requested the 2 twins to be made into a king, this was not done. Had to demand it be done, attitude was really you want this done! Boys changed many light bulbs that were burned out. Hair dryer broke in one bathroom. Very little body wash supplied in 2 bathrooms. Dishwasher didn’t work very well. Welcome book is in bad shape and not very helpful with restaurants and things to do. Bunk room use to be a garage. The lock on the door if accidentally touched would lock and no code given to unlock it. No plastic dishes available for patio use. Hard to get 2 SUV’s in driveway as shrubs scratched the sides of vehicles. Pool and hot tub were heated very well. Home inside was very clean. The neighbors definitely do not like having a VRBO, there were at least 4 signs in their yard stating rent a room not a home… made us feel uncomfortable. We were respectful of noise and didn’t have any issues with anyone.
