Esta propiedad fue adquirida en el verano de 2012 y fue destruida y completamente remodelado usando un diseñador profesional y decorador. La propiedad incluye una cocina abierta con barra americana y flamantes Electrodomésticos Bosch. Hay 3 dormitorios y 3 baños-todos los cuales eran solo hecho de nuevo. La terraza recientemente adjunta le permitirá disfrutar del mar en cualquier tiempo! Esta es una unidad de esquina con dos puntos de vista Este y Sur! Contamos con todas las comodidades del hogar incluidos- simplemente salir por la puerta de atrás, recoger las sillas de playa y deambular en salir a la playa!

El condominio se encuentra en un complejo precioso en un tranquilo tramo de playa con sólo 4 unidades, que se encuentra a sólo 2 kilómetros al sur de la primera clase, 5-Diamond Ponte Vedra Inn & Club y unos 20 minutos al norte de San histórica Agustín ... perfecto para las citas de Mayo !!!

Beautiful place right on the beach

Amazing location right on the beach. Beach wasn’t crowded. Place is on 2nd floor and has an awesome lanai which we pretty much stayed on when not on beach. There’s a great storage room on ground floor you can keep all your beach stuff in so you don’t have to lug up all the stairs. Amazing place.

Fantastic Vacation

I think this is one of our best vacations ever.The split floorplan is perfect.King Sized room on one side and the other 2 bedrooms& 2 bathrooms are together on the opposite side.The 3rd bedroom has 3 beds - bunks and a daybed.Great for children. And the location is close to some of the best restaurants. But Best of All is the Lanai & the Ocean View!! Thank You Porperty Manager Pamela - our family had so much fun.

Easy and Beachy

Right on the beach, great kid bedroom, beautiful lanai, and easy in/out. Some of the materials could have been better (inaccurate information left by host) but they were responsive and wonderful when we had questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet beach and relaxing stay

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. There weren’t crowds on the beach and it was the perfect getaway for our family.

Extraordinary view of the beach

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is. We've stayed in multiple place around the Jacksonville beach area but none match this location. The apartment was super clean and extremely spacious. The beach is literally right in front of you. The amenities the come with the place are great. It offers a parking garage for 2 vehicle with additional parking out front. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The communication between us was great no issues what so ever.The local places around this area offer amazing food options and are very close. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. We're already planning our next trip here. I will definitely be coming back to Saltaire.

Picturesque beach

Perfect for our family. Right on the beach with plenty of room and seating. It had everything we needed and more. Extremely comfortable, convenient and the only noise were the waves rolling in. It was our second time staying here and we will be back. Overall an A+

Can’t beat the location

Property was just as described. Just a 60 second walk to the beach. It’s so nice to be able to hear the ocean as you sleep. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room to spare. Perfect place to spend a long weekend with the family.

Beach Bliss

This is a lovely condo on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach. The enclosed, beach-facing porch area is great as an office, or just to relax and watch the waves. We will definitely inquire about visiting again the next time we need a place in the area.

Beachfront Paradise in Ponte Vedra

Beautiful location steps from the beach with an excellent view of the ocean. Balcony opens widely to the ocean breeze and sound of the waves. Very nice having a secured, covered garage for two vehicles. Would definitively stay here again.

Beautiful spot!

We had a fabulous time! The condo - - and the porch - - are right on the ocean. We loved the waves crashing and the tides coming and going. A beautiful, UNCROWDED beach to enjoy! Condo is clean, well maintained, nicely stocked. Would highly recommend!

Spacious with gorgeous views

Beautiful home with gorgeous ocean front views. Clean and well maintained. Loved listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. Perfect for a family of 4-8. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises!

Great location.

The unit was on the beach front and the view was amazing. There was only one set of keys to the unit and multiple doors with different locks. We had 3 couples and if we went different places that was difficult .

Great Beach Views

We enjoyed the spacious condo which allowed 3 couples to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Amazing views of the beach. Storage area has many beach chairs and toys although it took us a few minutes to figure out the layout and beach access. Would be helpful to discard old broken items in storage. Pamela was very helpful when booking and arriving. Great location!

Great location with everything we needed!

This is our second stay in Saltaire, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is great, directly overlooking the ocean. One of the best features is the lanai, which is enclosed with sliding glass doors that open to the sound of the ocean. We spent much of our time there. There are stairs leading directly from the lanai down to the beach walkway, and there is a storage room with beach necessities at the bottom of the stairs. This made accessing the beach with our grandchildren so easy. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful weekend!

Pam was the absolute best. The check-in process was seamless with no issues. Pam even offered early check in and late check out due to no one being in before or after. She was very accommodating. The condo was absolutely perfect. Saltaire made our trip even more memorable than we had hoped for. We will definitely be back. Thanks Pam for your kindness and for sharing your condo with us.
