Ceiling fans throughout keep the air moving, and the atmosphere is relaxed from the moment you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer flexibility for different group configurations, with four beds total across the space. Each room is set up for restful nights, with soft linens and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes equipped with updated appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are all on hand, and a dedicated dining table gives everyone a place to gather for meals.

Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable regardless of the season. A 50-inch HDTV, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace mean you can stay entertained or handle anything that needs attention. In-unit washer and dryer, towels, bed linens, and other essentials are provided so you can pack light and settle in easily.

Outdoor living & beach access
The private entrance leads directly to the beach, cutting out any detour between the condo and the shoreline. After time in the water, rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading back inside or out to the patio or balcony. Beach essentials are provided to round out your time by the water.

Parking & location
Two complimentary garage parking spaces are included on premises. Ponte Vedra Beach places you within easy reach of local dining, shopping, and the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club - enough nearby to keep things convenient, and quiet enough to feel genuinely removed from the everyday.

-No pets allowed on this property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
