Cypress Dunes features two resort style pools—one heated and one an infinity pool with breathtaking Gulf views. You'll also enjoy tennis courts, a modern fitness center, and a cozy outdoor fireplace for evening gatherings. Head up to the second-level sunset deck for spectacular views of the Gulf and Coastal Dune Lake. Nature lovers will appreciate the boardwalks and walking trails that wind through ancient cypress ponds and connect to Phase II of the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as you explore this tranquil area.

Enjoy local restaurants, boutique shopping at Gulf Place or Grand Boulevard, and the famous Silver Sands Outlets—all within 15 minutes. Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
​​​​​​​⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ The driveway comfortably accommodates up to three large vehicles. Additional parking is available in front of the home or near the community pool on a first-come, first-served basis.

POOLS
⭐ Guests have access to two beautiful community pools during their stay. Please be sure to wear the provided wristbands, as they are required for entry to the pools, gates, and amenities center. For everyone's safety, kindly review and follow the posted safety guidelines located near each amenity. Please note that all amenities are used at your own risk, and lifeguards are not on duty.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property has outdoor cameras. The neighborhood association will have them around the grounds and gates. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many other options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
