Excellent property for two families.

This place was perfect for our two families. 4 adults and 6 kids fit comfortably in this house. Its location to the beach was amazing. Loved having the golf cart! This house is right next to the neighborhood pool which is an added bonus. Would stay here again.

The best stay @ 30A!

HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL! Very clean & perfect size! Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom and we never once were crowded! It was a great stay! 10/10!

Nice stay but....

Our stay was great however we did have some "unfavorable" noises coming from the ring camera. Lots of moans and groans! It actually happened a couple times and then one time we heard someone talking in it while we were taking out the trash.

Happy Days

We had a great stay. The weather was beautiful and we were close enough to the beach. The house was comfortable, but did have some electrical issues that were ongoing with having to reset the outlets. Also, it would be nice to have some of the basic kitchen spices on hand. The vacuum did not work and the broom was very worn. I did inquire about them and the property management replaced on our 3rd day there. With tracking in sand every day they were a necessity and a wet or steam mop to use would be great for those that are more OCD like me.

Big Family Vacay

Perfect house for my large extended family. We rented two houses. Our came with a fully functional golf cart, which is a must for the community. Typical golf cart rentals are about $750-1,000, so we definitely got our money’s worth. The credit towards equipment rental or excursion went unused, unfortunately. It wasn’t as much as we’d hoped. Not really enough to make a dent in the price of something like a bon fire or fishing trip, which is what my family wanted. I’m still giving 5 stars because that wasn’t why we got the house, it was just a nice bonus. The beach was on double red flags all week (no swimming in the water) so it was nice to have the pool in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable . Good linens and sheets. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was fully equipped. We hosted two dinners for our house and the other house. Very reasonable checkout expectations. The house had everything we wanted/needed for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.
