The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and stunning sunrise views, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable double beds and a convenient sleeper sofa—perfect for families or guests. Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, offering a spa-like feel.

The villa’s interior shines with sleek, modern LVP flooring, smooth ceilings, and a stylishly upgraded kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and elegant countertops. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size laundry room and ample storage throughout.

Great villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in summer 2025. This was a nice and very comfortable villa. We appreciated that the owner furnished it and decorated it so nicely. The kitchen was well appointed with good appliances. The views from every room are beautiful! Deer in the courtyard regularly; pelicans and cardinals visiting periodically; nice trees and landscaping; and the ocean view is fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. We really liked the complex. The beach is a very easy, short walk. Island Time was great - easy to work with, and they checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Information was provided clearly and timely. We found the villa to be very clean when we arrived. All in all, a great week!

The condo was decorated so well decorated and it had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels. The management company was quick to respond with answers to the few questions we had. We were surprised when they contacted us with a special deal to stay an extra day, we happily accepted. We would recommend this rental to anyone!!
