Bay John is that special property that everyone remembers for that special memory, the quiet and non-rushed country feeling. Come relax on the screened porch and watch the dolphins play in the bay and boats sailing by. Maybe bring your boat for a sunset cruise on the bay, and all within 15 minutes of the beach or other attractions.
This unit features many extras inside with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms, and a large living area for you to enjoy. If keeping in shape is what you are looking for then our fitness facility will give you your challenge then you can head over to the large Jacuzzi or enjoy a swim in a large, uncrowded pool. Boat and jet-ski slips are available,
Take time to enjoy the pier, maybe do a little fishing or be a child again and splash your feet in the water.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
No boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the "designated" parking area. There is an additional area which is first arrival basis for trailers.The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.
LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) 30 DAY MINIMUM STAY, IN SAME CALENDAR MONTH.
Cook a great steak on the charcoal grill or crab right off the pier. Maybe you would like to fish at night with a lights that attract fish and crabs. Coming to Bay John is the best for a great vacation. Bring Charcoal and lighter.
The kitchen has full size appliances including a washer and a dryer. It is stocked with all you need for most meals. Bring food and disposable products including garbage bags. The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, Twin Twin, sleeper sofa in living room. Beds are made with white linen and a set is supplied for the sofa sleeper. All three bedrooms adjoin a bathroom. Bath and kitchen linen is supplied. Bring beach towels and makeup wipes.
