Con SERVICIO DE PLAYA GRATUITO (dos sillas y una sombrilla valoradas en $ 35. 00 por día). Disfrute de una ronda de golf gratis en nuestro campo de golf de 9 hoyos 3 par o desafíe a la familia a un partido de tenis con nuestras seis canchas de tenis, tres de las cuales están iluminadas. It's a short walk to the beach, but you also have the ability to drive across the street to the private parking, if needed.

Sandpiper Cove

My family enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove. Location was perfect. It was a close walk to beach, pickleball courts, restaurant, pool, and putting green. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The bunks were perfect and the kids slept great! The PAPERLESS filter coffee pot was icing on the cake. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of seating space. Loved that we could see the pool area, to know if we wanted to go down or not based on the crowds. Also, from the back porch, there is a small glimpse of the beautiful Gulf.

Great Stay - Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brothers and I reserved 3 condos for our 5 night stay and this listing my condo. While all the condos were nice, this condo had little extras the other two didn't have that were appreciated, like blackout curtians around the bunk beds and beach umbrella and chairs rental included. There was also a lot more sitting room in this condo which was great for the parents to socialize at night while the kids played in another condo. The deck is in a great location so the sun wasn't in our eyes in the evening and there was a fair amount of breeze (one of my brother's condo's deck had no breeze which was awful in June). I also thought it was well stocked as far as kitchen items, including some big platters, bowls and serving utensils. The location was great - very close to the pool/hot tub and restaurant, and a short walk to the beach. The notes left by the owner were helpful too so we didn't struggle with the TV, coffee pot, etc.

The condo, resort and beach were very clean. It was also very nice and handy to have a restaurant on sight and a bar/snack bar occeessible on the beach side only to residents. Brandon and his crew were fantastic - always having chairs and umbrella's set up in the morning and ensuring the beach was clean for the guests. This was one of the best we've ever stayed at as the resort all the amenities anyone could want. Thank you for making the condo and resort feel like home and more! Well be returning again!

Short walk to the beautiful beach. Great to have chair / umbrella set that comes with unit. Enjoyed pickleball with new friends. Good security for the complex. One negative was the tub didn’t drain adequately during shower, taking quite awhile to empty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved Sandpiper Cove and have been coming here for 30 years. This was by far the worst condo we have stayed in. Upon entering, the floors were sticky and filthy. The furniture had stains and was beyond uncomfortable. There was trash in the flower beds and the trash dumpster gates were wide open and looked to be falling apart. This never would have been the condition of Sandpiper 5 years ago. Makes us very sad and we will probably start looking elsewhere to stay in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another stay at sandpiper and things were ok. My main issue was that i rent units that are closest to main pool because they have 3 hot tubs and my wife insists that we have hot tubs available. Well without any notice they **** the pool and hot tubs down do they could repaint the insides. This type of work should have been done in the off-season. The real issue is that they did not inform anyone, even the owners that there would be maintenence performed. When i Calle fro inquire about the completion date. They casually stated. Oh it will be fine on Friday. Well so was my vacation. So that was a bummer. I left a message for the manager to call me but they never did. Shocker!! This incident has now impacted my feelings for sandpiper. I will probably look elsewhere next year unless i receive some sort of compensation. I could have rented cheaper units away from that pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The water was cool. The temperature highs were in the upper 80's most of the days, making it not oppressive. The walk to the beach was only .25 miles. That was easy. The unit was well furnished with all the required tools and had good amenities, like internet. However, there were a few things that can be improved. 1. The bedroom TV needs to be updated to a smart TV. 2. The stove needs to be replaced to a more modern device. Those old coils do not work very well and one was not functional. 3. The pillows were huge and hard. 4. The cost was 2X what it was before COVID. The fees were around 120 per night. Total cost was about 446 per night. That is ridiculous. 250 per night is more realistic!

Love sand piper cove

This is our second year here at sand piper cover love that this place has a private beach and the security here is nice feels very safe. The unit was great for our family, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Would be nice to have a few cleaning products while there. The check in process was easy got to check in early. We will be back for sure.
