Everything is fine that's the small thing we didn't have any paper towels for the kitchen so we had to run out and get some of them but other than that it was a nice place that's with the golf course in the backyard that was nice and the pool nice place I would go again

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nicely updated. It is small in size, but perfect for our family of 4. One of the pools is right outside the unit and my kids enjoyed this. The unit is in the back of the complex, so about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed playing tennis and all of the equipment is provided at the check in desk. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good experience. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental. Unit decor was very nice! Kitchen was equipped nicely.Location was a bit loud by the busy street, exterior a bit dark. Given wrong Wi-Fi info at check in so spent time on that issue day one.Biggest issue was master toilet didn’t work properly for the entire visit. After spending a fair amount of time waiting for maintenance to return to try to fix it, just had to live without it for most of the trip. Not an ideal situation but didn’t want to waste more time trying to get it resolved. Hopefully it was fixed for the next renter.

Disappointing Trip

However we had a fly infestation!! Not the owners fault but it was awful. The management didn’t seem too concerned at first but when it didn’t stop they moved us to another unit. Major inconvenience and the unit we were moved to was in much need of a good scrubbing and an update. The new unit # 9120 had definitely had destructive pets in it. And no view at all 😏 Not our best beach trip for sure.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed staying here. We booked it a little last minute and I think we got lucky. The location was great. We chose to drive across the street to the beach a couple of times - it’s so close and plenty of parking - but it’s also walkable. Having the chairs and umbrella included made it so easy. The place was spotless and nicely laid out. Having the pitch and putt course was a nice little bonus we all enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property with inaccurate bed sizes

The check in process was simple and security was extremely helpful. The condo was far back in the condo and made the walk about 4/5 minutes longer (only one way into the complex). The condo was extremely clean and all linen was clean. The bed was suppose to be a queen, but was only a twin or double. Which was extremely small for my 5 month pregnant cousin and her husband. I had to give her my room and suffer it out with my wild sleeping toddler. I tried to sleep on the sofa but it was a bit uncomfortable also. Everything else in the condo was amazing.
