Enger Lofts Hotel is your adventure-town getaway in the heart of the Craft District of Duluth, Minnesota. Remodeled in 2020, this 1800s era warehouse features a modern kitchen, soaring ceilings, & large windows inside an airy, cozy studio.
Grab your coffee from 190 Coffee inside the building & head up the North Shore. This lively area occasionally features live bands, which may be audible from your loft. So if you're looking for a fun adventure, this is the perfect place for you. → Walk to coffee, breweries, & restaurants → 5 minutes to Canal Park & the Iconic Lift Bridge → 15 minutes to Spirit Mountain Ski Resort and Bike Park → 5 minutes to Hiking and Mountain Biking trails → 5 minutes to parks, pickleball and waterfalls.
Situated in Duluth's vibrant craft and brewery district, this lively area occasionally features live bands, which may be audible from your loft. For your comfort, earplugs and noisemakers are provided in each room.
→ LOFT The 512 sqft space was finished in 2020. It a wall of floor to ceiling windows and soaring ceilings making this loft airy, elegant and modern. It has been thoughtfully designed with the solo traveler or adventuring couple in mind. This corner loft on the second floor features views of Bent Paddle Brewery grounds & the urban Lincoln Park Craft District neighborhood.
→ ALCOVE BEDROOM This spacious bedroom alcove is prepared for comfort and relaxation with cotton sheets, a queen size memory foam hybrid mattress, and platform bed frame. Plus, elegant bedside table and lighting, and a wardrobe equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hangers.
→ LIVING/DINING ROOM Enjoy a view while sipping coffee on the couch or enjoying a meal at the dining counter. The couch, soft rug and cozy throw blanket will make you snuggle up and enjoy the fall colors.
→ KITCHEN The kitchen has full size appliances, white cabinets and white quartz countertop with bar top height stools. It is a beautiful place to cook your meals and enjoy the view. It has a fridge and freezer, 4 burner electric stove with oven, coffee maker, and all needed cooking and baking utensils.
→ BATHROOM The bathroom is minimalist, spacious and airy. It has a shower, toilet and white vessel sink.

Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 10 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
