Starting from the outside and working our way in:

Bring your boat or just enjoy the dock life from the upper deck!

Outdoor seating is abundant! Cheers all around on the top deck with eight tall Adirondack chairs paired together with their own beverage tables!

The motorized boat lift makes your cruising and fishing simple! In the evening time, you’ll be greeted by green lights in the canal to make your hooking that big catch a breeze, right in your backyard!

Come inside for a blend of coastal sophistication and comfy warmth! Enjoy the plush seating in the downstairs living room, which is also duplicated in a living room space upstairs! That’s right two living rooms in one awesome home!

All three of the bedrooms are equipped with streaming services for your viewing pleasure! Beautiful bedding will sing you to sleep each night! We have two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom with luxury bathroom.

We also have a daybed in the upstairs living room that transforms into a king size bed.

Access to the upstairs balcony with dueling rocking chairs from either the master bedroom or the upstairs living room!

The kitchen looks like the set of a cooking show. Wide open and expansive cooking areas with beautiful granite countertops and everything you need to prepare a special meal for the fam!

Just off the kitchen we have a large outside patio table with six chairs to gather the family or just a great place to drink your coffee and work on your laptop in the a.m.! Right next to the outdoor dining area is a large gas grill!

Not only is this a boat friendly home but it’s a pet friendly home as well! Two furry friends is the maximum and please make sure to select that you’re staying with you pet(s) in the reservation request!

Our garage is built for two cars, but you could probably put three golf carts in there!

We also have a substantial driveway for more parking!

If you do desire to use our awesome boatlift, we charge an affordable rate just $45 per night!

Please let us know that you would like boat lift access and we can add that to your reservation after your nights are booked! This is a non-smoking home! We do allow smoking on the balcony and patio (please shut the door.)
If smoke smell is detected in the home, there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Pets are welcome here! Please make sure that if they make any messes inside of our home they are cleaned up promptly. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $350 pet clean up fee. Thank you for your understanding.
