For dining, the area can comfortably accommodate six guests, and additional seating is available at the bar. The property boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, designed for convenient meal preparation.

On the main floor, there's a bedroom that includes a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a workspace for those who require a quiet environment to work or study. The main level also features a shared bathroom. Moving to the second floor, you'll find another shared bathroom and three additional bedrooms. The oceanfront bedroom (2) offers a king bed and a private balcony along with an HD cable television. The sound view bedroom (3) is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while bedroom (4) includes a Queen bed and a set of Twin/Twin bunk beds.
