Bedroom #3: Double bed plus a Twin—great for kids or friends. Bonus room: Queen bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed, perfect for extra guests or a fun kids' sleepover zone.

Total bedding includes 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 twin bunk set.

Amenities Include: 6 TVs (cable and/or Smart TV with access to streaming services); Wireless High-Speed Internet. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Sitting Area off entryway, Interior Washer/Dryer, Covered Patio with Furniture, Gas Grill, Dock on the Canal that will accommodate up to 30 ft boat. NOTE: Boat lift is not available for guest use at any time.

Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
