2. Parking: Please use the designated on-site parking spaces only. Parking on lawns or in the street is not permitted. The driveway accommodates up to 5 vehicles.
3. Noise and Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
4. Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins. Please do not leave trash outside, as it may attract wildlife.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
6. No Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the property and within the community.
7. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
