As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies. You can also enjoy fantastic community amenities, including :

▷ NO Hot Tub, the hot tub at the pool area is not operational.

Just 1.5 miles from Dollywood and minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you’re close to top attractions like The Island, The Old Mill, and popular dinner shows. It’s the perfect base for exploring Gatlinburg, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains, or simply relaxing. 4WD is recommended in snowy months for easy access.

Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.
