Esta casa de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños se encuentra a solo 500 metros de la playa. Estamos ubicados justo en frente de las vías del tren, que pueden ser algo ruidosas. A 3 cuadras del centro de Oceanside y a 3 cuadras del North County Transit Center. Esta cómoda casa es perfecta para el viajero de negocios, para fines de semana o para la familia activa promedio. , tenemos una gran tarifa y ubicación. A poca distancia del océano y la hebra. Más barato que el hotel. Esta es una casa muy amplia, de un solo nivel, con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños completos, con un plano de planta abierto. Te sentirás como en casa en la cocina, que cuenta con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de alta gama, una cafetera keurig, una tostadora, un microondas y muchos de los extras que no encontrarás en ningún otro lugar. Si aún no tenemos lo que necesita, háganoslo saber y haremos todo lo posible para complacerlo. Puede disfrutar de sus comidas sentado en la barra de desayuno, o en uno de los excelentes restaurantes a solo cuadras de distancia.
La suite principal cuenta con una cama tamaño queen adornada con sábanas de lujo para el mejor descanso de su vida, está muy bien decorada, tiene un lugar para colgar su ropa, una unidad de aire acondicionado, ventilador y un baño privado con bidé.
Los otros dormitorios cuentan con dos camas individuales con nido. Uno tiene un baño privado y el otro tiene un baño en el pasillo. ¡Hay un parque infantil para los más pequeños o unos cojines para dormir para los más pequeños! Además, acabamos de colocar 2 nuevos futones en la sala de estar espaciosa pero acogedora y agregamos una pequeña colección de DVD para su disfrute, o tiramos algunos bistecs al gril y asamos malvaviscos en el fogón al frente en el gran y patio bien cuidado.
La casa está muy cerca de las vías del tren, pero ser un gran valor en una excelente ubicación con excelente servicio al cliente nos ayuda a mantener nuestras reseñas de 5 estrellas. Y es perfecto para el viajero de negocios consciente del presupuesto, una pareja que busca un fin de semana romántico, una familia activa o un grupo de jóvenes que buscan diversión. Solo trae teléfonos de oreja! O podemos proporcionar enchufes.
Para su comodidad, hay una ducha al aire libre y lavadora y secadora de alta eficiencia para carga frontal.

Perfect location. House has many great amenities. Good place to relax. Everything is walking distance. We stayed last year and it has definitely been upgraded to make it more relaxing to stay.

This place had everything our family needed for a two week vacation stay. Loved the fenced yard for my pup. The house was very clean and even came complete with a Tiki bar in the front with grill. Even had 2 hot tubs! Ray was so quick to respond on anything that we asked, offered bikes, surf boards, beach stuff and fishing poles free of charge. The Wisconsin Market a few doors down was perfect along with the coffee shop. Very nice neighborhood and was quiet. The beach is less then a block away, the Harbor has shops and restaurants that do not disappoint. We will be returning soon no doubt. Thank you Ray!

Property is really close to a nice beach area and near a well stocked corner store and good coffee shop. House was prepared for arrival and check in was easy. Host reaponded quickly to questions. The pictures online are a little dated compared to the house's current state.

A lovely place to crash in a great location

We visited friends in Oceanside and were mostly out and about. This property was exactly what we needed and at a great price. Host was friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and usable, but the reason it gets 4stars is that it was sparse? Not very homey. If you plan on spending a lot of time there or wanted to cook a lot or had kids with you, it might not be as comfortable.

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Just a short walk to the beach... It was very nice. We loved the yard. It was nice to have extra room outside along with the grill and firepit. We spent our Christmas here with our adult children and extended family.

Amazing property and manager

This was an amazing property. Great location, a fence for the dogs and a short walk to the beach. The property manager, Ray is awesome. He recommended restaurants, provided firewood and even gave us fresh flowers for our birthday celebration. Pam and Kelly were incredibly helpful as well. They gave us water bottles and even ice cream! They thoughtfully provided items like toothbrushes and even earplugs for the train. Overall, my family had a wonderful experience.

Do not book this filthy, dangerous house!!!

Filthy filthy house, dangerous doors access, dangerous area, directly next to loud railroad road crossing, terrible manager. Did not stay after entering this dirty dangerous home. I contacted VRBO immediately and had to correspond with the home manager Ray who would not refund. Ray was in denial even after photos sent to him, and was rude and degrading. I have photos of this despicable house that will shock you! This review does not allow to attach photos. .

Unit has great potential after minor fixes

We were disappointed there were not enough blankets for the number of guests. The fold out couch was needed but is in very poor condition and made for a rough night's sleep. There is no coffee pot, the Keurig was there but without K-cups so the little coffee left in cupboard had to be rigged up by boiling water- not the best wake-up. We could not hear ocean waves as advertised and there was no mention of the train that runs by quite regular. The house appears in good condition, it was neat but could also use small kitchen table set so group could sit together. This unit has great potential if these small conveinces would be added to enhance a person's stay. They are minor fixes that would greatly improve the comfort of guests.

Before we arrived I reached out to the Property Manager to get the code for the property. He responded in a timely manner. Upon arrival of the property we noticed the hot tub had been left uncovered. Upon inspecting the hot tub we saw that it was dirty. I reached out to the Property Manager with my concerns about the hot tub and he said he would send someone the next day to get it cleaned. The next day someone showed up to take care of the hot tub. He was also very helpful in walking us through how to turn on the hot tub. When we entered the home there was a lingering smell. The house did not smell clean and fresh. Appeared as if someone had cleaned in a hurry. The photos of the home showed decorations in the house and on the walls. The walls were bare. The photos of the listing made the house appear warm and inviting. All major issues and concerns were brought to the Property Managers attention which he addressed and handled all in a timely manner. Each bedroom had free toiletries available for guests. Plenty of towels and bedding. Also, the location of the home was dead on. We only had to walk two blocks to get there.

The strangest experience

I will start with the few positive things I have to say about this stay. 1, the location is very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and a liquor store/market. 2, the window AC units in the bedrooms get nice and cold. That’s all I can say positive about this place. When I pulled into the driveway before I could even open my car door there was a woman on the property greeting me and explaining all about the house even though it was supposed to be a contactless check in. Keep in mind we got to the house an hour and a half after the check in time so the house should have.been more than ready considering we had asked for an early check in. She explains she just finished painting and deep cleaning the house. The door is open and unlocked, laundry is currently being washed and there is no outdoor table like in the pictures. We go inside and there is no smell of paint or cleaning supplies but instead there is loose flour in the kitchen, urine in the toilet and a wad of hair in the shower. Someone else came onto the property and started doing yard work. A third person came onto the property and asked to hose out a trash can. As a group of 4 girls traveling alone to a new place, you can imagine we were uncomfortable. None of the furniture is the same as the pictures and we didn’t get an outdoor table brought to the house until we asked for it and it was completely rusted but half spray painted to try to cover it. There were multiple roaches during our stay as well.
