River Time is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin that sleeps four (4) and offers the following:



King master bedroom on the MAIN level with 38" Vizio Smart TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub 

King bedroom on the Main level with 38" Vizio Smart TV and barn door closure for en-suite experience 

Fully stocked gourmet chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances gas stove & double oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishwasher, ice maker, crockpot, and plenty of counter space

Great room with ample seating and wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1 - Apr 1) & 55' Vizio Smart TV

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop,  internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include a $175 Cleaning Fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
