Disfrutará de vistas tropicales, exuberantes jardines y las impresionantes puestas de sol de la bahía de Keauhou, todo desde la amplia terraza de 1000 pies cuadrados. Disfrute de la atmósfera relajante de nuestra casa decorada con gusto de 5000 pies cuadrados o refrésquese en la piscina maravillosamente grande de 50 pies. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones king y 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales en cada una. Hay cinco baños en total con tres en suite, uno principal para las 2 habitaciones dobles y otro en la planta baja. Una guarida en el piso inferior eleva la capacidad total para dormir a 10. La gran cocina es el sueño de un chef con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama que incluyen un horno de doble pared, encimeras de granito y una gran isla con una estufa incorporada. Perfecto para vacaciones entretenidas!

Amazing home and pool

Home was perfect for our trip. Kids and adults loved the pool. I was worried about it not being heated cause I don’t like cold water, but the pool temp was perfect! Close to shopping, activities and public beaches. Highly recommend!

Great venue for entertaining our group!

Fabulous porch and living areas. We actually had two houses and this became our gathering spot - so very perfect! we were able to do a couple dinners with everyone. Also, very walkable to some gorgeous scenery and not far from everything we needed.

Great Place Exceeded Expectations

This was the best rental we've ever done. Place was great, fully accommodated six adults and four grandkids with beds and baths for all. Excellent indoor and outdoor dining. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and very private. All-in-all, couldn't have had a better stay. Very quit and peaceful.

wonderful family house

Our family of 8 had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and open space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool every day and outdoor space was easily accessed and provided plenty of seating for our group. The mango tree provided fruit for every breakfast and was delicious! Even though there was no ac and we were staying in late July the many windows and ceiling fans and pool kept us cool. Just a suggestion...beach chairs were sparse and more would have been appreciated. We would recommend this great family home to everyone. The Owens Family!

Wonderful home!

Close to the bay, grocery store is less than a mile away with Hawaiian ice next door! Pool is amazing, very roomy, comfy beds. There is a market at the outrigger weds/fri 9-2 that is an easy 10 minute walk away. There is AC units, they are locked out, it is manageable but would sure be great to use it at night. Can’t say enough about this wonderful home!

The house was perfect for our family of 10, the location was great! Back yard and pool perfect and loved all the bathrooms!!I would definitely recommend this home and would visit again!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

Our party of 9 had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. We spent several hours every day on the Lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was refreshing. Thanks to other reviewers and the listing, we knew that we wouldn't have AC. The good news is that we didn't need it since we were staying over in the winter. We made use of the beach supplies and were grateful they were available.

Beautiful home

Loved the home. Pool was great. Plenty of spcae for 10 people. Frogs were very loud at night and the A/C was locked up and we could not use it. Otherwise our stay was terrific.

Perfect house for a multi-family stay on the Big Island!

A beautiful house situated on a very private lot. The pool is large & amazing. The house comfortably accommodated our 3 families consisting of 6 adults, and 4 children ages 7-12. It is located within walking distance of the bay where several boating companies are located. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied with cooking needs. This was our 1st visit to the Big Island, so we were unaware of the fact that many places are not air conditioned, including this house. If I had read more comments, I would have picked up on that. It was uncomfortably hot in the afternoon and evenings in spite of the ceiling fans and floor fans. We managed by spending time in the pool and going out to eat. Other than the heat, we very much enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!

Family Holiday

Property was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equiped and was nice to have an outdoor grill. Kids had a blast in the pool as the adults relaxed poolside, keeping an eye on them. We all enjoyed our time there.

Almost Perfect

This house was almost perfect for our family trip. The kitchen was well appointed for the "chefs" in our group. The bedroom and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The lanai and pool area were wonderful. With all that being said, the almost perfect title comes from the lack of air conditioning. There were plenty of fans, but during the day when we were not there to keep all the windows open, the heat was hard to dissipate for the evening. We understand the cost, but the accumulation of humidity and heat cannot be good for the gorgeous home and furnishings.

Stunning property that exceeded our expectations

We were blown away the moment we walked in the door. House was spotless and impeccably maintained. The enormous great room leading to the lanai via a 20 ft. wide sliding door was impressive. The house's layout, furnishings, and decor were ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 10 comfortably. The backyard oasis was perfect. The listing pictures don't do it justice, and they are very impressive pictures! Pool water was ideal, probably low 80's and the large and private back yard had enough sun and shade to make everyone happy. I can't say enough good about this home, it was the icing on the cake for our family trip to Kona. Thank you!

Beautiful Family House in Need of Maintenance

WARNING: Next to the driveway, there is a wooden gate to unlatch to enter the fenced property that needs a caution sign. There is no landing on the other side, just steps down into the sunken front yard or awkward side steps to the lanai. Lights on the locked garage were not working so beware especially when entering the first time at night or taking out the trash to the far side of the garage in the dark. Family of 9, including 4 kids age 7 -11, had plenty of space & fun using the pool, pool/table tennis combo. Although our stay was in unusually wet 2/23, the house was very hot & humid in the afternoon/evenings so we slept with the windows open except for those who found the birds too loud. Many fans but they were not clean - clumps of dust on them. Would pay more for AC which would help keep the noise in after 9 pm which is requested by the house rules. Dining table large enough but not enough chairs for 9 or 10 people to eat together. Induction cooktop which was new to us & nearby instructions would be helpful for safety sake. Great, private location with a two block walk to a small beach where the kids were easily entertained. House rental a positive alternative to a high rise hotel.

Wifi doesn’t work nor does the TV. My guests tried forever to get them to work. No view. No jacuzzi. TONS of emails from this property manager, but never responded to an email that I sent. Great location. Beautiful house inside. Very clean. NO WIFI!!!

Family holiday 2023

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was so beautiful with the gardens in the backyard. We would sit on the lanai listening to the birds. You couldnt see the neighbours because of all the vegetation. The house was large and roomy for the nine of us. It was all modern and aesthetically beautiful. There was lots of things to help us enjoy our vacation - coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, games. We didnt want to go home!

Fantastic family vacation

This house was beautiful and worked very well for our laid back Hawaiian family vacation. Overall, we would absolutely recommend. Just a couple notes: - Neighborhood is lovely but not very close to downtown Kona and other attractions - There is only one, small TV. It was fine but if you want to watch movies or tv as a group, it’s not ideal All in though, the property was even nicer than expected! Thank you!!!

Family trip

Great venue for our family trip, there were 9 of us and ranged in age from 3 to 72. Plenty of room to spread out, only 2 semi complaints only 1 TV and 1 of the twin bed mattresses is pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen was every well stocked, and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach along with a couple of small ice chest in the garage.
