This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well crafted in 2020. Come back from touring the city to your tastefully designed kitchen, which showcases large quartz waterfall countertops, modern light fixtures, and more.

Full set of stairs to the unit** as well as a set inside. This two level flat offers a floor of living space separate from upstairs sleeping arrangements.

This home is best for 6 guests (it is 890 sqft with 2 bathrooms and one sofa with 3 seats) but we do provide a pull out sofa to sleep 8 guests for those who wish to travel and cut down on costs.

PRIVATE GARAGE PARKING FOR 1 CAR! Garage space is tight - Sedan or Compact Car preferred.

This newly renovated luxurious condo is in the heart of the city`s H Street Corridor. The space is comfortably furnished with - 1 queen bed in the master, 1 full bunk in the second bedroom, and 1 pullout queen couch in the living room. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV - The apartment features - High speed WiFi - heating and air conditioning - Hardwood floors - Beautiful natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water machine, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. This condo has a full washer and dryer for your laundry needs. -Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.

Guests are not permitted to park directly on Wylie Street, as it requires DC resident parking permits. Paid street parking is available off premises on a first come first serve basis. The closest paid street parking is directly on H St NE, and the closest parking lot available to rent a parking space is 1004 H Street NE. (0.2 Miles from property).
