Hidden under the oaks just 0.6 miles (a 14-minute walk) from Pier Village, Seagull Cottage puts you steps from Georgia Sea Grill and right across the street from the Village Inn & Pub—a place where local upscale boomers still know how to have a little too much fun. Call Seaside Bikes & Carts if you want bikes delivered or feel like splurging on a golf cart. You only live once.
You’re just 2 miles from the Coast Guard Station on East Beach, St. Simons Island's best beach access—with bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards during peak season.
And the beach house itself? Who could ask for anything more? Two comfortable bedrooms with just enough beach charm to remind you why you came, and absolutely zero this is just a rental vibe. A bonus nook with twin beds, a kitchen that doesn’t judge your second dinner, and a backyard with two fire pits, an outdoor shower, and a tropical garden that dares you to cancel your plans and stay in your beach towel.
