Family Cottage in Quiet Neighborhood - Close to Everything | Community Pool Access

Welcome to The Broadway Bungalow! Located in the quiet and convenient St. Simon Heights neighborhood, this cottage offers guests a secluded backyard with plenty of space for the entire family. Guests of The Broadway Bungalow will enjoy quick access to the beaches, shopping and restaurants! Take a quick bike ride or walk to the famous Southern Soul BBQ!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The open-concept living room, kitchen and dining room offers guests an easy way to gather and enjoy time making memories. The Broadway Bungalow is a porch lover's delight! The front porch is wide and welcoming and the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon rain shower. The screened porch on the back of the cottage is a great place to relax with a book or morning coffee while overlooking the wonderful backyard.

The first floor offers guests two primary bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs guests will find two spacious bedrooms that share a jack n jill bathroom with a tub/shower.

The Broadway Bungalow is the perfect home to relax, unwind and make memories for a lifetime!

Great house and location. Enjoyed walks through the quiet neighborhood and visit g loca restaurants. Lots of room in the house and it was super clean! Appreciated the soaps and shower toiletries! Lots of nice extras.

Great place to stay

Has been a great place to stay the last 2 family trips. Centralized location for easy trips to the beach, city center and pier. Well appointed very comfortable and spacious.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful/Pristine Cottage

This beautiful cottage was everything we hoped for . We had a wonderful start to our vacation in this cozy cottage . It was pristine, had everything we needed and was close to everything on the island .We loved hanging out on the screened in porch at the back of the house . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We could not be happier with our time there .

Well appointed home. First floor nicely laid out for a larger group. No issues with check in/out. Parking as noted is a bit tight. Recommend adding a photo or two of the beach gear available for use - would have rented other things through the complimentary offer from the listing agency

Great home away from home

Overall the home is very well appointed and very comfortable. Though it is a "no pets" accommodation, it is apparent the owners have fur babbies. Very well located between the beach and entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip to St. Simons

Great House!

The house is beautiful. It has lovely design features, comfy beds, great linens, towels and pillows, beautiful bathrooms, nice appliances and furniture, beautiful yard. It comes equipped with everything you need to rest, relax, and cook some great meals in the amazing kitchen. It was perfect.

Wonderful location

This adorable home is in the perfect location. We are a large family of 7 and this home was great for us for the week. The home was easy to get to and we did not fight traffic. Getting to the beaches, village, and shopping was very easy. The home was clean and modern. We felt comfortable and at ease.

Our party of four opened the door and proceeded to explore. What a lovely place …a smile on each face…decorated with taste …not a minute did we waste. From porch to porch….room to room….we adored our stay hoping to come back soon!

Fantastic Weekend in St. Simons

The Cottage on St. Simon's was a beautiful and incredibly clean property which fory buddies' and I's yearly trip. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was near a municipal airport, so there were some small planes going in and out but it was not enough to be a nuisance. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was beautiful the only issue I had was they listed a community pool. it didn’t have a pool when I asked they referred me to a literal public pool you had to pay to get in,if I had known that I would have chosen different.Besides that everything was great

Broadway Bungalow

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Broadway Bungalow. The check in process was easy and communication was clear from rental company. The property was conveniently located to the places we needed to visit while on the island. We did have an issue with the dishwasher leaking and notified management of the issue. No other maintenance concerns came up. Overall, the house was clean and furnished well. It was a comfortable place to stay for the long weekend.

Great little house. Things were not in the best shape. Refrigerator handle was loose and the dishwasher door would drop if you didn’t hold it. Couch had stains on both side of the cushion. Other than those things it was a good stay.

It’s hard to rate this property because there were some really strong things, but also a serious downside. On the positive note, it’s a beautiful, well-stocked property in a nice, quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the main street. Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out, but also great common areas for gathering and playing board games. The beach package was great. My 72-year-old mom said that this was the longest she’s stayed out at the beach in her life because it was such a comfortable setup.The downside was the bugs. Halfway thru our trip, we started having problems with cockroaches, including one of the largest I’ve ever seen (which is saying a lot since I’m from Georgia and familiar with palmetto bugs). They hid during the day but were very active at night, emerging from the kitchen sink, stove, and dishwasher. We had to make a late night run to BP one night in order to get bug spray. When I texted the company about it, they were very responsive. They called within one minute and had someone at the property about 2 hours later to spray. That killed some bugs but seemed to only agitate others. On our final night, my son went to the kitchen for a late-night snack and found four large bugs. If not for that problem, this would be a 5-star review. The customer service from Lilmar was wonderful and I’d rent another property from them.
