Disfrute de increíbles puestas de sol desde nuestra terraza con vista a Peconic Bay, Nueva construcción, bellamente decorada. Plan abierto, brillante y perfecto para el entretenimiento. Cocina moderna completa con 2 lavavajillas, enfriador de vino y todas las comodidades. Hermosa terraza al aire libre con una malla en el porche. Cama principal y baño con TV de pantalla plana con cama King Size y balcón. Jr. suite con cama queen size con baño propio, habitación con literas con 2 juegos de literas y habitación con cama tamaño queen, baño adicional. , Sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, aire acondicionado térmico Geo y calor. Beautiful Bayview

The home and property was beautiful, even better than the pictures showed. The views from the house were amazing, we enjoyed many sunsets. Amenities were also better than expected, with not only the kayaks and paddleboards but lifejackets to go with them, as well as beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. We have rented in this area for many years and this was by far one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of staying in!

Beautiful and Tranquil property

Had a great family vacation on this beautiful property just a short walk to the Bay Beach. High end finishes throughout this spacious and inviting home. Would definitely recommend.

Hamptons Family Vacation

I can only say wonderful things about this rental. The house was fabulous and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed collecting shells at the nearby beach. Sag Harbor, which is nearby, is full of quaint shops and great restaurants. If I visit The Hamptons again I will definitely rent this house again. The hostess was very accommodating.

We had the most wonderful weekend away. The good weather allowed us to spend so much time outdoors on this gorgeous property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you so much Kate for opening your home to us. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing relaxing stay for families

This house is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice. All the bedrooms were clean and hotel style bedding. The kitchen has every gadget and more which was great for our Thanksgiving cooking. The location is great to walk to the local beach or drive to Sag Harbor for more buzz. The kids even took the kayaks across the beach End November! We would certainly recommend this house and plan to return!

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful home. The property is in top shape, well furnished and equipped, in a lovely and quiet setting- but close enough to local towns for dinner or shopping. Our only regret was not being able to have a longer vacation. Thank you Katherine and family for renting your home to us.

Better than the pictures!

This house is top notch in every regard: location, amenities, layout, finishes, you name it. Stayed for a week and enjoyed the summer sunsets every night on the deck while enjoying the days in and on the water. The pictures honestly do not do this property justice and we can’t wait to return in the future.

Amazing house! Amazing host!

The house is fantastic. Even better than the pictures. The location is perfect and the dock on a beautiful protected pond right off the bay makes this property even more special. Kate is also a great host and incredibly responsive! We loved the house and it made our trip really special. We very much hope to go back in the future.

Perfect Hamptons vacation

I brought my family to our first Hamptons vacation in August 2015, and spent a week in this home. We were a total of 5, and the house was perfect for us. Its very spacious, with a large living area and kitchen, generous bedrooms and bathrooms, and a deck overlooking the water. We also rented a boat for the week and kept it tied up at the dock out front. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the location is also convenient to all of the great Hamptons restaurants and sights. The owners were easy to deal with, and very responsive. I strongly recommend this home for your next Hamptons vacation!

Incredible home!

Gorgeous home. Tastefully decorated with breath taking views. The house has every amenity you could imagine needing (two dishwashers, kayaks, hammock). I felt like I was staying in a property featured in architectural digest. The property has its own private deck on a pond, that gives on to the bay. In between Sag Harbor and Southhampton but away from the hustle. I spent a week there with my family. The home comfortably sleeps 10 people, with plenty of places to sit and hang out. Throughout our time there, we were plotting our return. Kate was also incredibly responsive to all of our needs.

We built our home in 2011, we built it as a vacation home for our family. It is beautifully decorated and has all the modern amenities. Built in sound system, 2 TV's, outdoor shower. Our own dock right out our door where you can go kayaking, swimming or paddle boarding .

We are located in between the towns of Southampton and Sag Harbor, lots of great restaurants, shopping, movie theaters.
