Thank you for your interest in booking our Moore Peaceful Home.
Upon booking guest are agreeing to our townships strict guidelines regarding no parties including the 10pm noise ordinance, no fireworks, bon fires allowed pending DNR website approval, and no street parking.
Any townships fines would be the responsibility of the booking guest.

The pool is not heated and may be chilly. Please ensure all guest use caution in or around the pool/Hot Tub, grill, fireplac/bon fire. There are no gates anywhere on/in the property. We are not responsible for harm/death in regards to the property. There is a $250 hot tub and $1,000 pool fine for drainage and cleaning beyond normal use.
The key to avoiding a hot tub/pool maintenance fee is to rinse off prior to entering as sweat, oils, lotion, and dirt negatively impact the water. Bathing suits need to be rinsed in water, no soap or fabric softener. Eating, spilling drinks, and peeing in the hot tub/pool is prohibited.Guest are responsible for uncovering pool to use, covering pool when not in use, using cordless pool vacuum after use for the day, removing debris w/ net, following all instructions.

Towels are in the bathroom downstairs. There is a towel storage box next to the hot tub.

Weekly light cleaning on an agreed upon date for rentals beyond 1 week.

Parking: 4-6 cars

Please use caution when driving down Moore Road as there are many deer.

The lower level temperature is naturally less than upstairs. There are space heaters available that must be used with caution and must be turned off when leaving the home. I offer slippers and lots of cozy blankets.
Due to living in the country you may see an insect, this is out of our control.
