Pets are welcome in designated units, subject to the following guidelines:

✔ Pet Notification: Inform us in advance and provide accurate details about your pet to avoid reservation cancellation.

✔ Cleaning Fees (Per Pet):

1-7 Nights: $25/night

8-29 Nights: $200 total

30+ Nights: $300 total



✔ Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats only). No weight limit, but the following breeds are not permitted:

Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.



✔ Unnotified Pets: Bringing pets without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.



We have noise monitors in the unit (measuring decibel levels only, no recording of sounds or conversations) and security cameras in the hallways for safety. Tampering with the noise monitor will result in a fee.

I should have read the reviews completely before booking. We didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood or the parking lot or the unit. We put a chair at the front door as a warning in case someone tried to break in. Also ceiling fans and a/c very noisy. We only stayed one night out of the two nights we booked. I could say more but that’s enough. Photo is of the trash thrown around the parking near our car.

Best for non-discriminating guests

We came in after dark and it was hard to find the key area. Since we didn’t drive, most of the instructions didn’t apply to us and I have no idea how someone would know where to find the right building. Once we did that and took the elevator up, the entire floor reeked of a certain. Every day, all the time. This is not the owner’s fault… however upon entering the unit it was in terrible condition, so much so I called the owner to ask if it was even safe to stay there.The trim around the entry door was missing, exposing the deadbolt. Turns out, it still worked ok. I have no idea if it would have held up if someone challenged the door though. There were several holes in the interior doors and walls. Actual holes. Outlets and switch plates were entirely broken in pieces. The worst possible paint job was also even worse because it had marks everywhere. I have no idea what normally goes on in this unit, but you will receive numerous warnings throughout the rental process about all the things you should not do there. I can only assume that is what normally happens there.Additionally if people are using the pool it sounds like it is actually happening in the bedroom.One benefit is the proximity to an amazing sushi restaurant.I would look elsewhere if you are hoping for a decent rental. I could go on about the beat up couch and the rugs and the sheets. Suffice to say… not worth anything to stay here unless it’s your last resort. While it was straightforward to

Terrible experience do not book with this company

First I will start by saying it's always best to book with a local host, and not a company who owns the property. The home wasn't thoroughly cleaned, the refrigerator door handles hand dirty hand prints all over it and the kitchen lacked pans, plenty of pots and two skillets but no pans (which wasn't that big of a deal) but upon taking my things down to my car before check out I noticed that my car was gone from the spot that I was told to park in, immediately after I reached out to the host Kevin, who is apparently the CEO of KLVG Property which is the terrible "company" that owns this apartment and he initially told me that he was investigating the problem and would get back to me, 2 hours later after I'm just sitting there waiting trying not worry, he sends me a message about it being past check out and they have another reservation for that day, so nothing regarding my car, which of course was preventing me from leaving, so at that point I was starting to get frustrated when I realized the whole time I had been waiting for him to get back to me he hadn't done anything seeking out information about my car but instead began to blow me up regarding check out ignoring every phone call and text I sent him about my car, long story short I had to contact the tow company and police after figuring out own my own which company to even call to seek out information and the host never got back to me. Thankfully I located my vehicle but I ended up missing many appointments that day
