Otra propiedad de Beaches End (ahora tenemos 10 en Cape May), acabamos de comprar esta en abril de 2017 y estamos terminando las renovaciones. Con todos los muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, pisos, pintura, mostradores de granito y más, disfrutará de esta casa con su fácil paseo a la playa y al pueblo. El nuevo aire acondicionado central garantiza que se mantendrá fresco después de regresar de la playa o de sentarse en la terraza soleada en la parte trasera de la casa, y puede cocinar al aire libre en la parrilla de gas Weber. Una ducha exterior cerrada con agua fría y caliente complementa los baños interiores de 1 y 1/2, incluido un tocador doble en el baño principal. La sala de estar incluye un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ", mientras que el dormitorio principal incluye un panel plano de 42", todo con cable digital Xfinity, y se proporciona wi-fi Xfinity en toda la casa.

Absolutely loved this place! Hosts were amazing, the property was clean and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again. They were so understanding and accommodating with my service dog. A great stay we loved it.

Wedding Weekend Getaway!

We had a great stay! Everything was super clean and comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms to get ready with a tub and a shower. My kids loved the bunk beds and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Girls weekend

Our stay was lovely. The home was immaculate and cozy. And plenty of street parking. There were 7 women staying in the home and the bedrooms accommodated us all but we did find the bunk bed room to be tight for 3 people and had to keep our overnight bags in the family room due to lack of space. Overall we would stay here again.

Great family base for cape may

House was perfect for our family. Have been coming to cape may since I was a kid and have always stayed in this neighborhood (Village Green). It's perfect for bike rides, nearby beaches are quieter and you can get into downtown easily when you want to. Had a great stay and everything was very comfortable.

Was the perfect place for a family get-away with adult children! Plenty of space! Only suggestion would be to add a small step for the master bed! Ha! Had to jump up to get into bed! Communication with the owner was wonderful! Thanks for a great experience!!

Love Cape May

Property was well maintained and clean. Check in was a breeze with key in a lockbox programmed with a number that you choose. Property was 9 blocks from beach, a straight run from Reading Ave to beach. Beds were a bit funky.

Excellent property and centrally located

It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and less than a mile from the shops and the beach. Impeccably kept. Very thankful for the beach supplies in the closet and the outdoor seating on the patio. The only (small) thorn was the bedroom and bathroom doors that didn't lock.

I was unable to go to CM this time due to a recent stroke, but our son and his family used your house. Enjoyed it but said the first floor br...which we would have used, was a bit ackward to use. Otherwise they greatly enjoyed their visit and since I'm recovering, perhaps Valerie and I will visit CM in the Fall!!

Great place, terrible "customary" policy

The property itself was great. Loved the location & ease of finding it and getting in. We were just a quick drive over to the downtown area which was also great. Our place of choice to hang while there in Cape May was the Ugly Mug-- amazing atmosphere! Great communication with the renter and no issues with anything in the house itself.Overall I'm giving this reviewv3 stars because it was frustrating to find out that we had to bring our own sheets/ towels. Once presented with the contract (emailed about a week before the stay) where this odd requirement was highlighted, I looked back on the Vrbo ad and it IS listed, but they had it in the SMOKING section. None of the rental tenants in my party smoke, so to be honest, this section was skipped over upon search/booking. The notes about linens should have been made very known under the section about the rooms, listed again on the room photos, etc. By the time we received the separate agreement it was too late for rebooking. The agreement also lists this as a "Cape May customary", but none of the other people there for the same wedding we attended, ALSO in rentals, had to deal with this.We came from AZ so bringing our own linens was beyond inconvenient (flight weight restrictions/space). The place listed, Linen Ladies, was expensive and had week-minimum prices. We were only there 4 days.Lastly, it wasn't made clear that the property was a shared wall duplex. I feel like this is also something that should be transparent.

Cape May Escape

We love visiting Cape May in the fall and Ron and Kim’s vacation house was a nice place to spend a few relaxing days. Check in was easy and Ron answered all communications promptly. The house itself is comfortable with cozy couches, a large TV, a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The bed is quite high in the master bedroom, but once you climb in, you’ll sleep like a baby. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are a short drive away and we always enjoy visiting Scarecrow Alley at the Physick Estate. Cape May is great in any season, but fall is the best of all!

Good for a Long Weekend

A key was left in the lockbox which made check-in very easy. The property was very clean upon arrival and we were pleased to find beach tags and reusable grocery bags in the kitchen. We rented bikes for a quick 3 minute ride to the beach or 5 minute ride into town. Or, it is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the host was great and they were accommodating when we asked to check-out an hour late. My only suggestions would be black-out shades or curtains (especially in the full-size bedroom) and a smaller kitchen table that’s a more appropriate size for the space. I addition, it was good for a long weekend but I’d probably look for a more open floor plan for a longer stay. Overall, we had a great visit and I would be happy to recommend!

We enjoyed the house very much. It was spacious enough to have friends join us for dinner and I especially liked how spacious the bedrooms were, bc many in Cape May are not once you have luggage and beach bags. The beach tags were a nice bonus too.

Great place

We love this area in Cape May. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very friendly. It is a nice area to walk around in. The included beach tags were an unexpected bonus. It is easier to drive closer to the beach and walk from there. It is a bit of a hike to walk there from the house. But there is plenty of free parking with a block or two of the beach or you can use the Park Mobile app to grab a spot close to the beach. There is a large two-sink bathroom off the main hallway that services the front bedroom with the two bunk beds and the rear bedroom off the kitchen. The back bedroom is a bit more isolated and offers a nice private space. there is a small TV in that bedroom. The master bedroom has a small master bath with a large shower. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The bed is quite a bit higher than ours. It took some getting used to climbing up into it. It was very comfortable - just very tall. There were plenty of outlets for chargers and other electronics. The front bedroom with the bunk beds was tight but worked well. The bunks worked well for children and teens, but adults might struggle to get in the top bunks. The living room has two comfortable couches and a couple of soft chairs. there is a large mounted TV and along with Xfinity cable and a DVD player. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates, a large refrigerator, a very nice microwave, stove, oven etc. They have a Weber Grill in the back. We did have a problem with the grill, but Ron and Kim were quick to make arrangements for us to use another grill. they clearly cared about our experience. There is a deck on the back, but we didn't use it during our stay. There is a small front porch with two chairs and we often sat out there and enjoyed the scenery. We arrived a little early and were pleasantly surprised that Ron and Kim do the cleaning and servicing of the home themselves. It was clear that they are turning their love of Cape May into a business to share Cape May with others. All in all, we were very happy and plan to stay here again.

A beautiful and quiet place to stay

Everything about this location was wonderful. The interior of the house was clean and well-designed, and the exterior patio and porch were quiet and relaxing. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's located in a nice quiet part of town but is still close to shopping areas, the beach, and downtown. We would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Clean, cute cottage by the sea

We decided to take a last min vacation to the shore before the crowds come. I found this house and messaged the owner before booking to find out if any type of air fresheners or plug ins were used or if smoke/pets because we have bad allergies. Kim's response was quick and thorough. We felt comfortable booking and were happy every step of the way. House was adorable, easy contactless check in via email and a lock box. House was clean and comfortable. We loved the decor. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer worked great. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly book again! Thank you!

House was very nice! We enjoyed our visit to Cape May for the first time. I would not say short distance to beach, we are senior citizens and drove the car with carrying everything needed while on the beach. The bed in one bedroom was very high to get into for senior citizens and short people. Overall house was great!

Kim came to Cape May for a week each summer as a child with her family, and as high-school sweethearts, Ron came with Kim's family as a high-school student. When we moved to the Philadelphia suburbs in 1990, we started coming to Cape May each summer, and didn't want to leave. We bought our first place in 2000, and have purchased 10 more over the years since. Each property we purchase is in need of updating, some more than others - and that's where our fun begins.

We got to know the previous owners of this property as it is right next door to 1150 Pennsylvania, which we purchased in 2010 - so we bought it from them when they decided to move.
