Overall we had a great stay! Great location with just a short walk to the beach. Loved fishing off the newly built dock! Only thing I would change is replace kitchen chairs as screws kept falling out of them. Also maybe put up some new window blinds on main door leading to outside. Also new plants outside and paint the outdoor furniture could spice up the outside!!

Property was well maintained and exactly as described in listing. Great sunset view and Intercoastal in the back. Front deck for sunbathing and watching sunrise.

Perfect fall get away!

We were able to sneak away to this adorable house to stay for three nights. The house was clean and inviting. An easy walk to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the hot tub on the chilly mornings. Everything we needed for a reset before the busy holiday season. We will be back. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space.

Need some minor upkeeping on screen doors. The one by front door with key pad wont shut and the one that leads to the screened in porch is actually hanaging on by one hinge . Check in was super breezy and the inside was great. Lots of room for family. The kitchen was perfect size fofr cooking and close to the

We paid 4,212 for a week at the Sand Spur property. We understood it was pet-friendly, but the lack of basic maintenance at this price point was unacceptable.The Good: Excellent, easy beach access, and management responded when called to clean the hot tub and bring an air purifier.The Bad: Encountered multiple large Palmetto bugs inside every single night. Heavy, lingering musty smell throughout. The floors felt soft and squishy, particularly in the entryways and shower floors. Management offered bug bombs and extermination while we were staying there, but chemical treatments aren't realistic when you're occupying the home.At over 600/night, expecting a dry, structurally sound, pest-controlled house isn't a high bar. The location is great, but the condition of the home nowhere near matches the price.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The brand new dock was the perfect spot to unwind, offering incredibly peaceful views of the intracoastal waterway. It was the best of both worlds, as the house is also just a short walk to the beach. Having beach chairs provided made our walks to the sand so much easier. Ending our evenings in the private hot tub made the trip even more relaxing. Highly recommended!
