The pool is only heated in the winter months. We need 48 hours notice to heat the pool and the fee is $45.00 per day and must be for the entire duration of the stay. Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week. We provide a pool skimmer if needed. Landscaping maintenance is twice a month. Pool and landscaping service days vary due to changing weather conditions.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.
