Located in the charming Cottages at Laguna community, this spacious getaway is perfect for large families or groups. With five bedrooms featuring king beds and a sixth bedroom offering both a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk, everyone will find a comfortable place to rest.

This brand new, remarkable home was tastefully designed and built with the highest quality materials and you'll find the luxury appointments to be modern and aesthetic on your next beach vacation. The coastal flare will make this beachy retreat the perfect place to rest after a memorable day playing at the beach or enjoying our local Panama City Beach attractions.

The location is excellent. The kitchen was well equipped to cook full meals. The host had great communication. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good morning, the overall stay at Blue Swell Rentals was very peaceful and relaxing.We were not satisfied with the conditions on the rental. Soon as we arrived there was a damaged chandelier that was charged to our account that we had no dealings with. Property managers were assigned to come out and fix televisions up stairs that were assigned to other previous users. And fix a ceiling fan that was located in the first room on the left as soon as you reached the last flight of stairs.We were there three nights and no one ever came out to help assist our issues.Property was very clean, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here because you could be charged for something that you didn’t do.

No wifi

I rated this property an overall 2. I had a house full of kids, teenagers, and adults. The Wi-Fi didn't work during our entire stay. We were not able to watch the smart TVs, do any work on our laptops, or play video games. This was one of the worst vacations that I have ever experienced. I placed several calls to the office and they continued to lie and say that they were working on the problem. One of the ladies told me that they would contact the property manager and have her to call me back about my concerns and as of today, I haven't received a phone call yet. After we checked out the property, I called and asked if I would be receiving any type of refund for the inconvenience and the stress of having to entertain kids and adults without Wi-Fi. You would expect that in the wilderness, but not in the city. I have been on vacations to Broken Bow, OK in the cabins and there was Wi-Fi there. Overall, the communication skills with the owners (property manager) were poor, they were inattentive to our concerns, the house had spiders and bugs inside, but I will say that the house did have an adequate amount of space for 15 people.

We immediately contacted the internet service provider on your behalf and continued to follow up, but we were unable to get a resolution or a time frame from them during your stay. We understand this was far from ideal and regret that we were not able to do more within the short time frame of your 3-night reservation. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication and cleanliness. Our team is reviewing your comments closely to ensure we improve both responsiveness and the overall guest experience moving forward. On a positive note, we’re glad to hear the home’s spacious layout was a good fit for your group.
