Great Location!

The house was in the perfect spot to the beach. We loved being able to also enjoy outside at the house with the nice backyard and pool. Property manager responded quickly and the overall stay was great.

This house was perfect for our family!

This house is a great place for a large family. The private pool was awesome with kids. The walk to the beach was very easy. The location was great to restaurants and other places.

Great Location

Great Location, house had plenty of room. The pull out couch definetly needs to be upgraded. Would not consider it an option if needed for bed. Pool was perfect size..plenty of seating pool side. Neighborhood was very quiet. Plenty of dishware for almost anything you may wanna cook.will definelty be back!!

The house was roomy and clean. Quite response time from owner. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to store, restaurants, national park, boat rentals and lot more family fun activities.

Great location!

For spring break my family stayed at this house and it was great. We were concerned about the weather and not being able to enjoy the beach, but the weathered turned out great. Just a short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed. Our only issue was the dog hair on the main floor. We swept the floor and was good, but other than that this location had a private pool, plenty of room, closet space, all the kitchen needs, and bunk bed for the kids. Andy was very helpful and was able to accommodate our needs. Thanks again and we would stay again!

Perfect location

This house is the perfect location for PCB. Easy to get to everything. We did have 2 minor issues where the furnace didn’t work (it got down to 30 one night) and the pool heater stopped working, but response from the property manager was fantastic. They responded immediately and had someone out within the hour. Both contractors were very pleasant and fixed the issues right away. I would recommend this property and definitely stay again.

This property was excellent. VRBO could do better with providing a few more basic kitchen amenities. There wasn't even a salt or pepper shaker. No blankets or throws to wrap up in with a chilly evening. No pool toys or books for kids.

Change of scenery

We're a family of 6 who were looking for a change of scenery while quarantining. House was very nice and clean. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to the noise. Another reviewer said this place was quiet. I guess it depends on your neighbors. The house is VERY close to the 2 neighboring homes, so if you have loud neighbors, you will lots of noise in this place. Our neighbors were partying outside until almost 2:30am on a few nights, and we could hear almost everything in the house. The loud talking, loud music. So, if you're going with family or young ones, and are looking for a quiet place, this may not be it. The house and property itself was very nice.

Best beach house

We stay beach please! 2. Family Vacation 7/29-8/1 we LOVE it. My sons and nephews wouldn't leave the pool. It's tooks couple minutes to walk to the beach.

The place was amazing!

Honestly, the trip was perfect. It was a super short walk to the beach. Sadly, it did rain most of the trip, but the pool and covered back eating area was perfect! The power went out, and the host was great with communicating and answering questions. Trash was easy to find and take out. The beds were comfy, the place was super clean, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. There was a small break in the fence, but we just used a chair to block it so our little furry child wouldn’t get out. I would not take more than two cars!

Great home, location, pool - Would definitely stay again!

This home looks exactly as it does in the pictures - no photoshopping or stretching to make things look bigger. What you see is exactly what you get. But even better, what you don't see is just as good. The beds are big, the bedding and pillows are comfortable. The towels were soft. The quality of everything in the home was great. The way the sun set on the front side of the house gave us great shade over the pool in the afternoon (around 4) so we enjoyed the beach earlier in the day and the pool in the afternoons. The pool was a great size. We would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that I messaged the property manager looking for a baby gate and he sent over information for a local service that delivers baby items (and household items) to you for a small daily rental fee. This is brilliant! I was concerned about the distance to the beach but even with 9 kids - this was completely doable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyable house with warm pool near the beach

House in a good location for our group and perfect setup for our group of 7. Two master bedrooms were nice and the kids rooms were great for each to enjoy their own room! Loved having paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, Kleenex, shampoo provided. We loved the pool even though there was some broken glass around the patio area. Paid extra to have the pool heated and so glad we did! Rented two golf carts to drive around and they both fit in the garage perfectly. The only thing that could have been better were the floors -they were dirty, made our feet a black when we walked around barefoot. I didn’t alert management - our stay was so short, but they were very responsive and informative on all fronts!

Wedding

My son and daughter-in-law was getting married so we needed somewhere that a lot of us could stay, but also have the reception there. The property was as it stated, was extremely nice and very roomy!! I have 2 granddaughters an the alarm on the door was very nice when the little one tried to escape lol. It was walking distance to the beach and convenient to restaurants or a f grocery store. I would definitely rent again.

AWESOME BEACH HOUSE

I’m going to be very honest. This was my family first time staying in a beach house and we loved it. Especially having your own private pool! I would definitely recommend!! And my family and I will be doing this again.
