A really great location that is walking distance from all the tourist attractions. The accommodations were sufficiently clean, quiet and just enough space for a couple.

Great location, a little smaller than the photos showed but still suited our needs. The linen & toiletries provided were very basic. Clean & tidy unit. Good communication with owner.

Waikiki is a resort area. Like other resort areas, it’s expensive. My unit is one of the bigger units in the building. For the budget price you pay, you get a clean and safe place in a great location with a great view.

I booked this spot for my son who goes to UOH whilst he was in between moving on to his apartment and out of the dorms. He said he loved the view #1! He said its location was perfect and he was able to look out the window and see the food trucks! I think he appreciated the AC the best as he had none in his dorm. lol. My husband and I will be booking this studio apt when we get ready to visit next. Thanks to the host and their great hospitality.

Amazing Views and Vibes!!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights, and every moment, from the magical mornings to the peaceful nights, it was unforgettable. The views are absolutely breathtaking and truly added to the experience. Communication with the host was smooth and effortless, making everything even more enjoyable. A huge bonus was the convenient car rental spot located directly downstairs, where we were able to rent a car for the day at a very affordable rate. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we were able to check off everything on our travel list. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Waking up to sunrises and Diamondhead every morning was spectacular! Linda is an incredibly thoughtful & communicative host! She sent us helpful tips before our arrival and EVERYTHING we needed was provided: beach chairs, towels, beach mats, cookware, toiletries, etc. I was SO impressed by the level of thoughtfulness and care that was provided. The property itself has seen better days and seems to be undergoing a remodel, but our specific unit was beautiful and well-maintained. The building is secure and security is present 24/7, which is reassuring. There are a lot of rules & warnings at the property, but this seems to come from Monarch ownership, not our VRBO host (I am mentioning this because it was jarring to see so many warnings posted all over the property). The onsite parking garage charges 45/night, so I recommend getting a TURO or rental car only on the days you need them, as everything is within walking distance. There is also a Smart Car rental company located in the garage of the building, if needed. You can find free street parking nearby from 6pm-6am, but be advised that you WILL be towed if you don't move by 6am.Overall, we loved our stay & can't wait to return!

We had a very poor experience with this property and unfortunately had to leave early. The host told us they would send check-in details at 11 AM the day of arrival, but despite multiple messages to both the host and the local contact, we didn’t receive the information until 10 PM that night. This made for an extremely stressful start.Once we were in the property, things didn’t improve. The building itself felt sketchy and unsafe. We nearly got stuck in an elevator that was supposedly working, but the very next day it was shut down for service issues. After that, we no longer felt safe staying there and checked out early.We reached out to the host with our concerns, but they have not responded at all since. Between the lack of communication, safety issues, and no support, we cannot recommend this property or host.

We send the code on the day of arrival typically about an hour prior to anticipated check in. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will notify you of availability of early check in and send the code to you. If you will not have internet access while on travel, we will send the code to you the night before. Unfortunately Ethan did not tell us he wanted the code at 11:00 am. Otherwise we would have accommodated his request. The building has 24 hour on site security. The staff are friendly and helpful. They would even help with opening the lockbox, accessing the elevators, getting into your room and recoding the keycards if needed; as long as you are registered by notify us the names of all occupants at least a day before arrival
