Great Weekend Getaway

This was an amazing house and location; very clean and spacious. We really loved the lake access, which allowed us to do some low key fishing as well. We will definitely look at staying here again when we visit NW Arkansas again!

Family Lake Trip

Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles and cousins yearly lake trip! We had THE best time! We really enjoyed the home, it was spacious and the kayaks were a big hit!

Our group included grandparents, parents and our 11 year old twin children/grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Fun vacation with friends!

We had two families with 9 people total, age 15 and up. House was perfect for our group, plenty of places to sleep and spread out, lovely peaceful backyard, and well located to area activities. The path down to the lake was very steep but nothing we couldn't handle. Would definitely stay again!!

Very Nice - would highly recommend

The property owner was very prompt, responsive and helpful. The home is very spacious and nice. The back yard is peaceful and scenic. The location is perfect. There is a nice dock with lake access. The kitchen has everything you need.

Great holiday getaway

The house was very cozy and clean and enough room for our family of seven. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies at the house. The views are spectacular even in winter time. We also enjoyed touring Bentonville going to the Listening Forest at crystal bridge. My niece wants to go back in the summertime so we can kayak.

Bella vista

Beautiful place with lots of space to hang out. We enjoyed the deck areas and had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans you may need to cook. There was a nice concrete walk to get down to the lake, which is on an end of a cove. The trek up from the lake was breathtaking and challenging to those who are not super fit ;)

Lake House on Dunedin Ln.

The House was amazing with so much room available. The house offered every accommodation you could imagine having for your family on a vacation, even an infant bed. The only flaw with our stay is the lack of hot water in the master bathroom. The Jacuzzi had somewhat hot water just not a lot but the shower absolutely did not heat up at all, we took our showers in the other restroom which heated up with all the hot water you could ask for. Overall the stay was fantastic and would stay again. No issues with the owner, she was very very nice and even checked up on us to see if we were able to enter okay and fast responding.

Incredible place for family and friends!

This was a bicycling weekend for family and friends from all over the US. The two complete kitchens helped with planning for those who live in different time zones. The west coast people could sleep in while those from the central time zone could be up, fed, and on the bike trail. With two kitchens we could also meet different dietary requirements. Vegan, vegetarian, etc. There was plenty of silverware, beautiful cooking utensils, a Ninja blender, and lovely Corell dishes. We enjoyed the kayaks and the beautiful outdoors. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We enjoyed the time there very much!

Heaven in the woods!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home (& kitchen) is so well appointed we lacked nothing. Very clean, organized. Gorgeous property, lush grass, trees. Pictures can't capture that yard. Enjoyed cornhole game provided. Saw deer and fox several times. Kayaks convenient at the dock, great for excercise, seeing the lake, and kept our 3 teens off their cells phones! Rented a boat from the marina (one street away). Teens loved having a private downstairs entertainment space, air hockey. Lovely decks and patio furniture. Could not be better! Thank you for sharing your lovely home (and the family amenities, games - very grateful and appreciative). We love the warm people of Arkansas!

Bella Vista home

Property was very clean! It had everything you could want in a home away from home. Plenty of space to spread out and comfy couches. The views out to the dock was beautiful and although we didn't venture outside, it had a great little grassy area to run around for the kids. We saw 7 deer behind the house one morning! Only a couple complaints about the amenities. The main floor loving room overhead light was out. I guess this may have been on purpose. The master bedroom mattress had a pretty big sunken in spot in the middle of it, but I didnt notice until i had a kid crawl in bed and push me to the outside. Also, the master shower (which was beautiful) did not get hot in temperature. The sink and tub had hot water, but the shower was slightly warm at best. Other than, it was a wonderdul stay.

Let me start with the great stuff. House was clean, equipped, and plenty of space. Beds were great, showers great, and location was perfect for us. Actual host was fantastic, and responsive.Now the not so great, the property management team. I actually own 2 properties in Bella Vista that we LTR, so are well aware of what could happen,,, after intial booking I contacted "Host" which is Evolve, and stated we were in town for my daughters wedding, total of 8 out of towners. Was it possible to host the grooms family, and small group wedding party for a bbq/pizza/whatever to get aquainted. I know there are stresses on property, etc etc, but really a few hours of "family" would it really hurt? But ok, however it was put to me there were cameras on outside of residence and if more than 10 were noted on property, I would forfeit reservation and be evicted immediately, seemed a little over the top response, could have been delivered with some tact. But I do understand rules are rules, why I asked instead of just doing. Then after getting our airfare I asked to adjust, lessen stay by 1 day, 8 days to 7 days. I would need to cancel, then rebook, which increased my cost by 160, plus the day I wanted to "return". VRBO agreed this was not a good buisness practice, and what they want promoted in their listings, offering to mediate on my behalf. They had no luck either, its Evolve's policy.Lastly, the dock does not really have a way to use kayaks/peddle boat, there is no ladder.

Nice Weekend!

This was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend with family. It was very clean and comfortable. The views over the backyard to the water are beautiful, and we loved fishing from the dock. We would stay again!
