Océano una 415 - Oceanfront Condo cuarto piso

Con cubiertas fuera de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, los huéspedes que se alojen en Ocean One 415 disfrutan de espectaculares vistas del océano y la piscina frente al mar que conduce a la playa. El condominio frente al mar en el cuarto piso tiene capacidad para 7 personas cómodamente con una cama king en el dormitorio principal, 1 cama queen y 1 doble en el dormitorio 2 más un sofá cama en la sala de estar.
Este condominio está bajo nueva propiedad a partir de julio de 2019 y los nuevos propietarios han completado varias actualizaciones. Nuevas persianas de plantación, pintura, pisos, ropa de cama y mucho más. Nuevas fotos que se publicarán este otoño.

Ocean One ha agregado una nueva área de parrillas al complejo justo más allá de la piscina.
Los turistas pueden enjuagarse bajo la ducha al aire libre ubicada en el camino privado de la playa del complejo y luego sumergirse en la piscina frente al mar.
Océano Uno es un edificio con ascensor de cinco pisos ubicado en el sur de la playa del bosque. 4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

I would stay at a different place due to the fact we could hear the music all day and late into the night next door. (Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I do like to actually HEAR the ocean.)

Great views and location

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!
