We enjoyed the comfort of Jordan's cabin. It was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was especially nice, I enjoyed it in the early mornings and at sunset, and even took an afternoon nap there. We'd love to stay again in this beautiful area.

Tastefully decorated, lots of special touches, attention to details, great location. The weather cooperated to have a fire on the beach on the last night just lovely. This cozy cabin is an ultimate destination to use as a place to relax and launch day trips into the UP or Canada. Jordan has done an outstanding job equiping the cabin with all that you need to stay self sufficent if you do not want to leave the property, and added homey touches to make your stay unforgetable and leisurely. Having three different vantage points to watch the water in the bay while sipping coffe or other drinks makes this a special place. Jordan is an excellent host and will be hearing from us in the fall time as the area will be spectacular to view the fall foilage.

Cozy and quaint cabin nestled on the shoreline of a quiet bay on Lake Superior. Close enough to Sault Ste. Marie to enjoy the town, but far enough away to be a quiet respite.Cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was easy to work with.

Perfect homebase to explore the UP

In this beautiful cabin we found the perfect homebase to explore the Upper Peninsula. The views from any point of this home are breath taking, with every little detail carefully curated for the enjoyment of nature. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay, enjoying the cute little kitchen to cook our meals, the comfortable reclining chair, and the beautiful shower. Outside there are four different seating locations to enjoy the lake, one of them right on the sand beach. This is the perfect accomodation for someone who appreciates comfort while exploring nature. There are multiple, delightful beaches in the vicinity. Some of the locations we visited from this cabin were Tahquamenon Falls, Kitch-iti-kipi, and Pictured Rocks, which are not very long drives from Brimley. Kudos to this hosts for their responsiveness, amenities provided, and overall hospitality.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! We stayed with our family, including two children under two, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice—the home is beautifully remodeled, incredibly clean, and easy to get to.One of the highlights was the beach—it felt so private and was perfect for our little ones. The hosts even thoughtfully provided sand toys, which was such a sweet touch and made beach time even more fun. There were so many wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the variety: a hammock for relaxing, a cozy deck with chairs at the top of the beach path, beach chairs already set up, and not one but two fantastic fire pits—one right on the beach with a grill rack, and another in the yard. Plus, the spacious back deck with a grill and plenty of seating was perfect for family meals and evening chats. The host was flawless—quick to respond, kind, and super helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape.

All of our communications with the owner were answered in a timely manner. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a jumping off base to visit Sault St Marie and the UP of Michigan.
