This phenomenal 2 bedroom 2 bath property is very unique because of all the views from the windows and patios. You have THREE patios with very different views from the 18th floor of Tower 4: The front patio facing west overlooks the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience. The side patio facing north provides views of mangroves and wildlife (binoculars provided!) There are NO other buildings or condos to block your views. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Naples! The back patio facing south has views of the waterways, beautiful homes, and Marco Island. This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. This corner unit condo has a WALL of windows from the dining room area that connects with a large sliding glass door in the living room. There is also a sliding door in the master bedroom that goes directly to the patio facing the ocean. It is located in South Seas Tower 4, a very secure, gated community on Tigertail beach. South Seas Resort has all the amenities you may need: Many new pickle ball and tennis courts, a large swimming pool, Kayak rentals, shuffleboard, tennis, boat docks, and direct access to the beach. Clean and fresh bedding makes you feel right at home. We also provide all linens, three smart TVs with cable, free Wi-Fi, books, games, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender..... For your convenience, we have taken care of the beach basics: beach wagon, cooler, chairs, toys, umbrella, and beach towels. Your secure beach access is down the elevator and out of the lobby doors! To the left is Crescent Beach and to the right is Tiger Tail Beach, which has a playground and a picnic area with bathrooms. Enjoy a little paradise; you deserve the best during your stay on Marco Island.

Loved this condo. The the views were exceptional. Only complaint was the master bed mattress was too soft for our liking but everything else was perfect.

Beachfront 18th floor

We really appreciated the condo location on the island; convenient drive or walk to close restaurants/shops. The pool & patio area was very clean; very friendly guests. Roof construction on bldg 4 & bldg 3 on a Sat. The beach was an easy walk just around the sand mound outside the property, with hoses to wash your feet/shells, etc. Parking no problem no matter where we drove to on the island or in the condo garage. The condo could use some sprucing up; 2nd bedroom had quite a bit of dust; the kitchen was not very clean (utensils, coffee maker, microwave). No big deal but keep in mind the master bath shower floor tile had black mold & sink didn’t appear very clean, either This is a really nice property with excellent views and the weather was perfect.

Property was clean and well stocked. Manager was very responsive. Views are beautiful. Location was private with easy access to great food and things to do. We would stay again.

Our beach stay

Our stay was amazing! Condo had most everything you could need for a beach stay! Condo was very clean. The check in was a bit confusing but I called and help came to get it straightened out! The parking was very frustrating! You get charged $100 to park and you can’t even park at your tower, you gotta park at the next tower over! Other than that we loved our stay!

Vacation Paradise

This was our second stay in this beautiful property. Even with the construction upgrades that were underway, communication was prompt and helpful. As always, this property was spotless and well appointed. The view is spectacular and we just really love the hospitality and quietness of Marco Island. Yes, it is a small walk to the beach. However, that is one of the things that we like which keeps us fit! This year was a hot one for the end of June. In fact, the locals said it was like August. No problems with the unit staying cool, and due to the white sandy beach, it was pleasantly cool to walk on. We look forward to another stay.

Great condo, location and rules not so much

The condo was perfect for our family, but the walk to the beach was extremely long and the rules at the pool were a bit much. It’s summertime, and kids (of all ages) want to have fun. It felt like we were all being treated like young children. Don’t have music. Don’t jump on the pool. Don’t have food/drinks, while other properties bring you food and drink to the pool. Marco Island was beautiful but we will not stay at this property again.

The view, the view, the view!

The balconies made our trip! Having never been to Marco Island before we could not have asked for a better location (northern part of the island which is quieter), view (morning, noon and night!), pickleball courts and well appointed kitchen! It is 1/3 mile hike to the ocean but thankfully we are young! We appreciated the beach closer with wagon, chairs, volleyball, etc!

Wonderful Property!

This was not our first stay at this property...but now we have found the particular unit that we would reserve again! Everything was immaculate, clean, and well kept. We loved the set up, layout, and found the multiple balconies to be great! Our daughter who is completing her masters was able to utilize the desk in the master bedroom for class time. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the unit did have the basics and then some. We were happy that we could contribute to the dry goods for the next visitors. All of our questions were answered in a prompt manner and were helpful. We look forward to staying with you again! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway with an amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the condo itself to be very comfortable and had an amazing view of Tigertail Beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset and birdwatching from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool daily and didn't mind the walk to the beach. If we come back to Marco Island, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Perfectly situated as an end unit.

This is a wonderful unit! It is private and generally quiet. Has wonderful views of Tigertail beach and because it is an end unit, also overlooks the sanctuary as well as the evening lights of Marco Island. We found everything as shown and all directions on accessing the unit, laundry, beach access, parking, etc very straightforward. Communications with the property manager/owner was very responsive when needed. We were there at a very busy time (Spring break) and we appreciated being away from the pool side as it was a happening spot most days.😉We found the residents we encountered in our elevator trips to be very nice and helpful. It was a perfect and relaxing visit, despite being a very busy time in the complex. Sitting on the balcony with a front row seat to watching the sun drop below the horizon was without question a cherished time of each day.

Excellent stay for a January break

Excellent views, fantastic beach and beautiful natural area. We were able to walk or bicycle most places throughout Marco Island. Clean and comfortable unit with a well appointed kitchen. We loved all three balconies at different times of the day.

Christmas on the 18th floor

Views were awesome. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies and also games/puzzles and beach equipment. No surprises about the HOA rules as well as our location to the beach. Tennis courts are clay, so bring appropriate shoes. Pickleball was fun with the locals. Tigertail beach kayak/paddleboat rentals was close by and very accommodating. Very quiet the week before Christmas, but then got busy after. Only issue was the elevators and mostly due to one of them being down. Sunsets priceless.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

Stayed 11/18-11/26. Place was very clean with views that go on forever. Owners very responsive and location perfect for Tiger Tail beach and North Marco. It is a walk to the gulf but it’s on the beach! Overall a 5.

It Was OK...

Property is dated and needs some work, but served it's purpose for our stay. It has great views for sunrise with East balcony and sunsets from the West balcony. We had a few maintenance issues and had to get those corrected which took a few days. Owner and property manager were friendly and helpful in getting issues resolved. Second bedroom is 2 twin beds (not King as advertised) but they ordered converter to make it a king). Issues with wasps on balcony which made it difficult to sit out there. during daylight. Pool area needs maintenance and has issues. There is no music allowed and does not allow food, and no toys/balls/floats allowed except noodles so not very family friendly. More geared towards elderly population/owners who frown upon younger people at pool and ensure rules are enforced. Also, some units (including this one) have exterior entry which can be challenging when it's raining. You also have to go outside, down walkway and back inside to laundry room (which costs extra). Would have liked to have in unit laundry. I also think it's ridiculous to be charged an additional fee for parking instead of including it in the total rental price.

Just as expected!

All of the details in the listing and property were just as expected. Melissa was helpful and all of the necessities for a week at the beach are included here. The beach is a hike, but the beach wagon makes the trip manageable. When you have that length of white sandy beach, it takes you a bit to get to!

Best honeymoon ever!

This condo was beyond perfect for our honeymoon! The views are breathtaking and everything was so clean! The owners are very kind and checked in on us mid-week which we appreciated so much (we didn’t need anything thankfully but so nice to check!) the beach walk is as far as the other reviews state but it’s not too bad once you finally get to your spot you’ll be happy you walked that far lol. The island is gorgeous and the shelling is incredible! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views /Great time

This place was lovely. The owner has all the little things you need for a great stay. Beach is a 10-12 min hike because the shore is deep. Lots of nice restaurants to visit, rented a boat for day, Jetski trip we had dolphins with us. Pool was heated but refreshing at same time. Property is quiet with security on site 24/7. Can't wait to return .

Beautiful Views and Sunset

The condo was very nice, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The views from inside and the balconies were wonderful; unobstructed view of nature preserve and tiger tail beach and the sunset. The walk out to the beach was longer than we would have liked. There are 3 elevators for the whole building and it was busy the week we visited, so had to wait for elevator a lot and people crowded in.
