PETS CONSIDERD BEFORE BOOKING: GUESTS MUST SUBMIT DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PET PRIOT TO BOOKING FOR APPROVAL. A $500 REFUNDABLE PET DEPOST WILL BE HELD AND RELESASED A DAY AFTER CHECKOUT BASED UPON INSPECTION OF ANY PET RELATED DAMAGES.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF POOL
The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the pool on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the pool and/or property caused by the guests.
Guests further agree that everyone using the pool will shower and clean feet upon use.
Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the pool.
No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the pool. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the pool, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.
Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the pool. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the pool. By using the pool guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the pool, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Vehicles
The maximum number of vehicles that may be located at a residence between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. shall be limited to one (1) vehicle per approved bedroom or one (1) vehicle for every two and one-half (2½) people allowed under the maximum overnight occupancy.
****Please note any cancellations where Cobble and Key DBA One Sweet Stay is the merchant of record will be subject to card processing and platform fees not being returned. Otherwise, refunds will be made in accordance with the policy at the time of booking****
