Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

Whether you're relaxing indoors, cooking a meal on the grill, or exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding Joshua Tree National Park, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and private retreat. The property is all yours to enjoy during your stay, providing the perfect balance of solitude and modern luxury.



Other Things to Note:

There is an official walking entrance to the national park farther down the street that faces the front entrance of the home.



PLEASE NOTE: due to the open design and unique features of the home and the property, it is not suitable for children.

Outdoor security surveillance - There's a camera located on the front side of house for security purposes.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



Pets

Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
