We chose this property due to its proximity to relatives. It is quite far from Naples, however there is a Publix, Dunkin, Fast Food close by. The price for our stay was a bargain, compared to other Naples properties. If you are looking for value then I would be prepared for the following: The house itself was nice and clean, however it had an odd sour smell. The water had a Sulphur smell so we were unable to drink and had to purchase cases of water for drinking and brushing our teeth. Showering was OK. This property is close to a canal, we had a few nightly visitors (cockroaches). I understand this is typical for FL but usually hosts can have a spray service. Our septic backed up on the 2nd day but Ruth was very nice and attentive and promptly fixed the issue and cleaned the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and amentities were newer.

i extended my stay another month because Florida is beautiful and hot and this house is ideal for my situation. ruth has been an outstanding host, so much as i repainted the garage floor because it needed attention. so when you book this home, tell me how it came out in the comments. also, at night got to watch out for the frogs they always want to enter the garage, they are harmless they just needed to be booted out. if you're not from Florida then you need to get used to the bugs and all the creatures in their habitat. which i only encountered two frogs so far. this will be the house i always rent until my home is finished being built. i extended 2 more weeks so look for my last review in two weeks.

Let me start off saying Ruth and her family are the best ,if your looking to stay in a safe and very quiet place this is it . The house is a pefect size for 2-3 people . I first booked this house for 2 months ,i loved it so much i stayed another month and a 1/2 . Stay tuned for my upcoming review when i finally check out .
