A great Villa with a lot of charm, absolutely recommendable!

This is a really great villa. The pool was welcome and sparkling clean and has a huge garden. The villa is well equipped and perfectly maintained and has very fast internet. The outside area was equipped with everything you need for a vacation (e.g.. sunbeds, BBQ , garden with a football and volleyball net, table tennis and darts which went down brilliantly with the kids. And very important. The host, Frank, was always available and helping whenever anything was needed, he gave us many recommendations for excursions and restaurants and had already put water and beer in the fridge. Great Villa, superb condition with all that you need to have a fantastic holiday. Plenty of space to enjoy the sun with shaded areas if required. We will be back!

Has potential to be dreamy...

This villa has the potential to be dreamy however the building it pretty neglected. We spent Christmas here and faced broken heating the entire time, no hot water on Christmas Day and water pump constantly flicking the fuse switch so losing water frequently. The bathrooms are outdated and new toilets arent fixed down. Plaster on the walls crumbles off, random hole in kitchen counter top, temperamental light in main en suite, strong smell of damp in the downstairs bedrooms, etc.Fortunately we only faced ants as our insect invasion - the property is in a nature reserve with a stream behind it so we think we were lucky not dealing with mosquitos. But the ants did become a bit tiresome. All of this said, the space inside and outside was perfect for us to have a big family Christmas. The pool looks very inviting, obviously too cold in December. Lots of footballs, volleyball, table tennis paddles and balls which we enjoyed. The BBQ was fab on Christmas Eve. The location is a really short drive from beautiful beaches in Pollensa which have play parks for children too. Communication before arrival was good and Frank the house manager/owner was really responsive and came out everyday to try and fix the heating. For us, the quality of the building didnt quite match the description of a "dream" finca because it didnt meet the expectations we had from these photos/listing. It has potential to easily be dreamy again if its given a good update/refit and some love.

Unser Aufenthalt dort war wirklich schön vor allem der Aussenbereich mit Lounge und der Pool waren toll-besonders für Kinder. Dort gab es einen Kinderbereich und einen Schwimmerbereich. Auch die Außenküche mit der großen Plancha war super und wurde von uns sehr viel genutzt. Dennoch ein paar Kritiken:Für 10 Personen war die Ausstattung in manchen Bereichen nicht ausreichend. Genug Teller und Besteck waren da aber Schüsseln oder Auflaufformen, Tapas Schälchen zuwenig oder gar nicht zu finden. Auch echte scharfe Messer gab es nur sehr wenige.Darüberhinaus wirkte die Finca an einigen Stellen recht ungepflegt: Am Pool lösten sich Holzklötze der Befestigung und Fliesen, einige Bretter sind lose und schon länger nicht abgeschliffen. Leider wurde Pool in der Woche auch kein Mal gereinigt. Während des Aufenthalts gab es einmal Probleme mit dem Wasser, worum sich allerdings sehr schnell gekümmert wurde.Fazit: Bei dem Preis hätten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung gewünscht. Preis-Leistungs mäßig hätten wir uns trotz des tollen Außenbereichs etwas mehr erwartet.

Lage super, Haus vernachlässigt mit grossem Potential

Das Haus wird als "NEU" angepriesen, was nicht den Umständen entspricht. Die Lage, das Haus und der Umschwung wären super aber alles ist alt und vernachlässigt. Toilettenspülung abgebrochen, Duschvorhang mit Brandflecken, Schimmel im Badezimmer, Klavier beschädigt. Das Beachfeld ist nicht spielbar, da es überwachsen ist und viel zu wenig Sand hat. Die Terrasse um den Pool fällt auseinander. Das Haus hat ein riesen Potential aber es wurde in den letzten Jahren vernachlässigt. Positiv ist die Lage zum Meer und zu den Dörfern. Das Haus ist gross und jedes Zimmer hat eine Klima. Der Pool ist riesig und macht Spass. Preis-Leistung bei dieser Liegenschaft stimmt jedoch nicht überein.

Très belle semaine de vacances la maison est conforme à l’annonce avec un superbe extérieur, l’intérieur mérite une petite rénovation mais c’est une maison orienté pour vivre dehors .

Sehr schöne Finka einige Kleinigkeiten sollten mal wieder renoviert werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Besonderes zu erwähnen ist Frank der Verwalter, er ist jederzeit erreichbar und hat für alles ein offenes Ohr

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Gute und freundliche Kommunikation. Sehr zuvorkommend bei check in und out Zeit und Prozess. Alles in allem wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen. Kleine Abzüge bei der Wasserqualität und dem Druck in den Duschen.

Tolle Finca, die unserer Erwartungen übertroffen hat. ALLES TOP!!!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca Pintxito verbracht. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben viel das Barbecue Haus genutzt mit eigenem speziellen Pizzabackofen. Ein toller grosser Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten und sehr grossem Pool mit integrierter Sitzbank, wo wir oft im Pool gesessen haben mit unserer kühlen Drinks. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Hausbetreuer Frank hat uns bei Anreise alles sehr gut erklärt und uns wertvolle Restaurant und Geheimtipps gegeben. Erstaunt waren wir auch über das sehr schnelle Internet was wir alle zeitgleich nutzen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
