Tucked in Seabrook’s quiet Madison Lane neighborhood, Seascape is a peaceful escape with plenty of room for families to spread out and reconnect. The home comfortably sleeps 7 and offers the best of both worlds—steps from town, but surrounded by forest views and quiet trails.

Location Highlights:
Walk to everything! Seabrook’s shops, restaurants, City Hall, walking paths, and playgrounds are just 5 minutes away, and the beach is a 10-minute stroll from the front door.

Outdoor Space
Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ for dinner. Enjoy peaceful greenbelt views from the covered second-floor balcony from the backyard. Down below, the backyard connects directly to Seabrook’s wooded trail system.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals at home. Enjoy dinner (or game night) around the dining table with seating for seven.

Coffee
Enjoy coffee making with options including a French press and a drip coffee maker. Coffee beans and a grinder are provided.

Living Room
Cozy up on the couch by the electric fireplace, stream a movie on the TV, or pop some popcorn with our air-popper and flavor bar for an easy family night in.

Sleeping Arrangements
Main Floor Primary: Queen bed, TV, and easy access to a full bathroom
Lower Level Queen Room: Quiet and tucked away, with a comfortable queen bed
Lower Level Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk, books, games, and TV.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms—one on each level. The upstairs bath features a tub/shower combo; the downstairs has a walk-in shower. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Location Note:
Seascape is nestled into one of Madison Lane’s wooded slopes. The front entry sits about one flight down from street level, offering added privacy and tranquil forest views from the covered balcony.
