Room was very clean, well decorated and well-stocked. Bed was comfortable and Michael is friendly and responded to our questions immediately. There are shops nearby with coffee, meals, and lovely shopping all within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night while in town for an Oregon Ducks football game, and it was exactly what we needed! The place was perfect for a quick overnight stay and a great value for the price.Michael was a fantastic host! He happened to be outside doing some yard maintenance during our stay and took the time to come over, introduce himself, and make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. It was a really nice personal touch that we appreciated.If you’re looking for an affordable, convenient place to stay in Eugene for a night or two, this is a great option. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a Ducks game. Go Ducks!

The inside of the unit was very well kept and clean! However, we stayed here on Halloween weekend and the noise from the other tenants was out of control. I considered leaving and staying somewhere else and just eating the cost of this stay. Lots of screaming and banging around in the middle of the night that kept us up a good majority of the night. Again though, this was Halloween night so I’m sure this isn’t the case on a normal night, but this was just our experience.

It was very clean and Michael was very helpful in figuring out all the lights and controls. The only issue was that the unit has definitely been smoked in at some point in the past. I don't do well with lingering smoke smells so I noticed it immediately, but my husband didn't smell it so it probably it only affects the most sensitive of noses.

I was surprised to hear about the smoke odor, as I haven’t noticed any smell of smoke in the apartment myself.
